btmine send me today dhl number (new tplink board)
I just skyped them and they said my order was too long ago, I have a broken tp-link board too. I received my miner the 23d of January so this is BS and i should just press them for the part, right?

Hey my openwrt board died and after some messing around i now have it hooked up to my pc through usb and it's running fine except for one 20gh unit that is not hashing at all. What is the best way to get a replacement ethernet/wifi board from btmine? And how do I find out what is wrong with the module.
So have people actually melted their units or the stock psu's just by running on 1500 instead of 1400?

There are images here in this section of the forum around page 49, it is tiny work and really best to do this with a rework station as these are SMD (Surface mount device) and tiny. I removed mine and soldered across the connection as replacement fuses are rated the same and prone to blowing with out reason. I have had no issues and actually seen improved performance and will not have to strip these boards down and rework again soon.
If wish you good success, be careful with the temp of your soldering iron, smd's are in very close proximity and heat transfer is an issue. You problems are on card 4 of the first blade and cards 3 and 4 of the second blade. When I did the disassemble I reworked all the cards to avoid having to do it again in the future.

I suspect you have had fuses blow. look at your api log for the lines that say
[match_work_count1] => 467992 or high numbers these are good
or
[match_work_count4] => 286 low numbers these are bad
[match_work_count7] => 0 0's are bad
this indicates blown fuses or dead asic chips. Usually bad fuses
I have by passed most of mine and brought back full function and with upgraded power supplies the ability to over clock.
As for are BTmine China still in business, yes as of last week. But they were looking at pulling out of the U.S. and European markets. I have not heard if they are doing this or not for sure.

I tried flashing it to the newest firmware, but that didn't make any difference--anyone have any ideas on where to start troubleshooting with this thing? (it says ASIC count 10, it said the same before...). Is this company even still around?

I have fixed one units fuse1 issues across the board and am running at 200 gh/s buy removing the fuse and soldering across the two pads making a direct short. I have also cut all the blue and yellow fan wires on my units eliminating the PWM fan controls. This has made the fans run full speed constantly increasing the noise, but eliminating all fan stoppage issues causing over heating and shutdown.
I am happy with these modifications, if I make more positive changes, I will share them too.

I power it on, it starts hashing just fine, fans work, etc.
At some point, the fans start running slower and slower until they show 0 rpm's and then heat rises. And then temp cutoff. Once it cools below, the fans kick back on and the whole process repeats itself.
Anyone know what to do about this?

I have each hooked up two 2 Corsair CX 750 PSU's and have been getting ~215GH on one and ~220 GH on the other clocked at 1500 for the last several weeks. I pay a very high electricity rate (0.35/KW-hr) and therefore my returns are dwindling but these would offer much higher return to someone who has a lower electricity rate. Pls PM me with reasonable offers.

BTmine China has sent me all my needed repair parts and have been very good to work with since the Chinese New Year ended. I received two packages in the last two days with my promised parts. I do not believe they ever expected to have the problems with the units that have occurred. O believe the got into more than they could handle and rushed production and lacked international shipping experience.

it starts at 50% of fan rpm, then slowly over time start to reduce that. and at the end they just stop. normally in the mean time temps go from 43c to 60c, where i just shut down everything.
Target Temperature 50
Overheat Cut Off Temperature 60.
my setup. originally were 60 and 70 but i think that is too much.
but when i change something fans for second manage 100% as some kind of confirmation, i ques.
is there anything i can do?
