Other then the delay time. The crap build. @ 2050 it was not a bad price. Now getting that money back and then some that's another story. They said my stuff will get to me today. I just hope it's not in to bad a shape. I am guessing that they did not test the units before they got out.

Did anyone get the stock PCU working on 110? And is the built in wifi good enough to run?

No offense, but you can get an S1 (180GH/s) for 1.9BTC right now. Considering the majority of these were delayed and wont ship for some time still...still think this is a good deal?

Yeah considering that to do that I would need to get a refund. Convert $ to BTC then send coin to BITmain then wait for shipping. Unless the units you speak of can reach 220 GH/s the. U are correct.

Just received tracking info for the remaining 7 (of 14) I ordered on 1/9. Still no estimated delivery date from DHL on any of them. They split the shipments into two groups of 3 and two groups of 4. I'm in the states, so I'm hoping to receive the first shipment before Friday. After reading all of the posts about broken pieces and whatnot, I'm going to be closely inspecting each of them before powering on.

At least I was able to get an electrician out to my house to install 6 x 30amp 240v circuits in time. Now I'm just worried about cooling  Shocked

Edit: Does anyone know if DHL will deliver these on Saturdays? I see that DHL offers Saturday delivery as an option, but I don't know if BTMine selected it.

Yeah, have fun with the heat. I use about 7,000-8,000 watts of my operation to completely heat my house (3200 sq ft) and I'm at about 44 degrees N.. Any excess over that goes to my "datacenter" which has plenty of cooling.

Yeah, I appreciate the info - I had no other reference point to compare and my house sounds very comparable to yours (including basement). I'm at ~42.5 degrees N, so not too far off.

The wife loves it, it's perfect until the ambient temperature outside is about 40F. Then the house gets 80F+ and it's not so great. (Okay, I'll admit I love it too since the wife wears less clothes when its 80+ in the house...lol!). Even when it was -34F out about 3 weeks ago my house was still holding above 60F w/ no extra heat from my wood/oil stove.

My package from the 7th is finally shipping.  It had been stuck on Shipping Information Received since Thursday evening.  Finally today DHL received the package.  So for those of you that see it you may get stuck for quite a few days like I did.

Got my BTC refund yesterday, just figured I'd share that. Took a while, but got it.

How long did it take?  I am still waiting on my refund.

Took about 8 days to be honest.

I am patiently but eagerly awaiting 2 ordered on the 9/10 and 3 ordered on the 13/14.  I believe my three ordered on the 13/14 were about the last ones, before the announced closing these out for more orders.  I paid for all of mine with bitcoin and I have order numbers.

As soon as I receive tracking number, more details on the orders or they arrive I will post updates for all to see.

You can control fan noise with --avalon-fan in CGMiner extra settings.

Thx i tested randomly some values to that is "--avalon-fan 50" running them in 50% ?
Seems so the unit went quet.

Unit1 with working RPM  "--avalon-fan 20" seems to put the fans around 20% very quiet
Unit2 with unworking RPM "--avalon-fan 80" seems to put the fans around 20% very quiet. Value 20 is very loud 80%

if i swap values they both go 80% haha  Roll Eyes they got some cables crossing?
