where is hosting likely to be ?
ie electricity costs in Kwh
Norway - Netherlands - sweden

We will use the best option available that offers the best stability and fastest installation time.
Since we got 10 miners we will have problems running them from a normal "home" due power demands.
Beside we need air-condition, stable power, backup power?, and stable/low latency network.
Even if KnC hosting offer will be cheaper, i have thoughts about hosting our miners with other miners. DDoS "KnC" network will hurt..
So there is not an answer for your question yet. But it will most likely be Sweden or Netherlands.
maybe it's an option to spread the risk?

what happens after 24 months? you just retain the miners personally?
Asked and answered here https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.2419970 and in the starting post.As it stands; yes. However we plan do do an IPO on btct with these shares in which case this will become an actual mining operation with longer than 24 month plans. If that succeeds we are considering enterring the miners into that "operation" as extra capital "waiving" our rights to retain them after 24 months..

Allright; Start post updated up untill Wavedavey; still waiting on blockchain confirmation of last two buys; but I'll check that tomorrow..
Even better than I though; only 17 shares left. (and BTC just dropped 3$ again)

Allright; 45 minutes before closing.. Still at 56 shares. We need to sell at least 14 more shares before we can/will buy the 10th miner. We would like to buy the 10th miner tonight because we have to work tomorrow and we need to get some rest the remaining 50 shares will still be for sale but the miner will already be bought.
