Encrypted no, signed yes. While you could still force Windows to load unsigned drivers that's a bad idea - especially since this "offer" smells like scam from a mile away.

just wanted to know what you guys think? Is it scam or not? Cuz i have no idea about it.Because that's about double what you can realistically expect from a 1070.

Probably a scam, yes.But, have you seen the hashrate drop since august 25 (in the Ethereum mining) ?
Is there an increase beacause a new farm is on, or because a new gap is permitted with the hardware (and not AMD RX or VEGA : they are out for Ethereum) ?
