Nawadays, the ICOs market was affected by scams, which generates distrust in them. Taking into account these events, Will are there some entities or platform that guarantees that an ICO is reliable to invest?
 Cool Huh Cool

At this current situation of the market it is so obvious that there are no guarantees in any of the ICOs that would come out from any other blockchains.

Surely they must waiting to market stable or recovery.  So as that this of facts i think this is not a good time for investing ico. but that doesn't mean we should not consider anything about ICOs,Because there may be some most reliable project's icos on this market conditions.

In the modern world, no one gives a 100% guarantee, everywhere and in full swing. It’s necessary to analyze it yourself and not hope for any companies.

At the moment, I have not heard this! But I heard that it seems to be an ICO, the idea of which is just to protect investors from fraud! Refund of funds will be included in the smart contract if the project fails to collect the amount it needs or does not fulfill its obligations!

Lots of ICO rating sites rate some ICO as best to invest in while those rating sites are biased. They simply take money from the ICO. Anyway, I think no one can guarantee a certain ICO which will be successful. You have to analyze the project with some factors like- the project, product, team, roadmap, whitepaper etc. Only you can decide whether it's worthy to invest in or not.

Here in crypto we must take and do on our own risk to invest on any ICOs, I also don't believe on ICO ratings because rating can also been paid under the table to publish fake ratings.

Now no one can give any guarantees of the reliability of a specific ICO project. Everyone without exception is allowed to this activity, this activity attracts a lot of fraudsters due to the fact that during the ICO large multimillion funds are collected and therefore the ICO has already begun to resemble a gathering of fraudsters. Now even the normal ICO teams have begun to en massely try to deceive the bounty hunters by announcing after the ICO the KYC checks in order for more bounty hunters to pass and not to pay the tokens they have earned.
One way out of this situation is government regulation of ICO projects.

There is no platform that able and courageous guarantee ICO to be free from fraud and succeed. many of the ratings of the site contain assessment ICO was bad because there was a scandal behind it. the safest way to do is by analysis are themselves based on the understanding of crypto.

There's no such entity. The only way to guarantee ICO is not a hit and run affair is for them to have a working product which tells they're really here to stay. They should have a real office which people can easily locate aside that there is no guarantee that it's real.

Yes, such platforms can give a partial guarantee of the current and nobody can guarantee 100% of them. The escrow company can give a guarantee but they can become a scam themselves, which may well be. I know a lot of such projects, but they do not cause complete confidence; you can look for current projects for bounty from there.

Before investing in one, aside from doing your research, it is always better if an ICO project can show an already working product for added assurance. It's harder to trust these days as scammers are drawn into taking advantage as many investors are now interested in ICOs each day.

until now there is no site that guarantees the validity of an ICO project.
if there is any, I will not believe it, just do your own research because it is clear that if there is an ICO scams, your money will be lost, not someone else's money.

I think that this will not happen exactly and I will explain why, because many projects today still try not only to invest but also to benefit from it, but think that developers are already benefiting when they offer you a common idea.

the only thing that can guarantee about the ICO is yourself, although it also can never be entirely appropriate. entrust the site rating and many existing assessments is not able to make bail today. the analysis will be helpful but should also be provided with a good knowledge of the crypto mainly for ICO.

I do not see such service or platform been executed hundred percent. We have seen in the recent some form of collateralization of ICOs but not fully responsible for success or failure of ICO. I think investors will keeping on bearing the full risk of ICO investment!

There are place of people you could ask for advice on any ICO, that way you could use them as a guide to choose the best ICO for you. and at the same time you could learn to choose which project can be trusted or not.

So far as I know there is no entities or platform that guarantees an ICO is good and not a scam. However, there are several things to be used as parameters.

A good ICO has a convincing web site, a compact developer team, a whitepaper, a video from the team explaining the project, the planned listing on the exchanger and having a smart contract for sure.

You can also check on ICO web reviews such as ICO Bench, Crypto Compare, Coin Desk and so on.

When you participate in such the project in cryptocurrency there are no guarantees. Any investment is a risk and the more so in cryptocurrency.
