Some time ago I participated in the Dehedge project, a project that protects investors from the drops of Token price, scam project and non-listing of Token. I think this project will improve the belief of investors about buying ICO Token is this situation of the cryptocurrency market.

Nawadays, the ICOs market was affected by scams, which generates distrust in them. Taking into account these events, Will are there some entities or platform that guarantees that an ICO is reliable to invest?
 Cool Huh Cool

Well, at least I won't guarantee if an ICO is an scam or not, because it's so uncertain to give 100% correct advice. This business model can also be abused if such a site is a scamsite himself and paid for listing ICOs as legit but they aren't.

I wouldn't trust any website if it guarantees an ICO is legit. Doing own research is always rule number one.

it's hard to believe anything right now, the ico review website is starting to doubt some of the issues that have befallen them. even the team has falsehood, the white paper uses data plagiarism. this is very worrying that ico is in danger and investors may be increasingly afraid to join ico.

Ico ratings websites do not and cannot give an accurate prediction of how a project will perform, although some sites go further to  probably vet the crypto projects they list and rate to avoid scam projects.
However I will say you should always make your own research and rely on authentic data

You can take a look at ICOBENCH or other similar websites but it's necessary to make your own analysis because if not rare that these websites analysis are superficial and not accurate.

Yes that's true, we can't really rely on ICO ratings site. We, ourselves can also make an inspection in order to filter out these scams out of the real ones. Before that, we should first be knowledgeable about many things in the business industry, the experience of others will teach us a lot.

Of course they are not. even if they give you guarantees that tokens will be paid, this does not mean that they will not fall very much in price.

I don't trust any ICO rating website today and you should do a lot of research before taking consideration of investing to an ICO. Many are scams today and you can't be sure on how reliable those sites are.

In ICO market, the sad fact is that there's no more reliable reviews for them. But there are still some few good ICOs out there and finding them is a bit challenging today.

The only guarantee of an ICO is that they will take your crypto currency.

Getting it back is supposedly the fun "gamble" in ICO's, the amount of scammers make it a lot less fun though.

There is no guaranty investing in an ICO projects failed and paused, if the dev is honest he will return your money there are a good project with existing good products and services but they failed to reach their softcap, so my advice is to pick an honest dev that will return your funds if the project is paused or failed to reach the softcap.

You must know that the term SCAM has a lot of understanding.
1. a project that has ponzi characters, like javacoin
2. an ICO has a good project, but a greedy team, they finally take away investor assets.
3. investors are not satisfied with the sale, eventually, the investor asks for a refund.
4. projects that don't have a future, their goal is to make the market fall.

so, it's difficult to choose good ICO, a professional team is needed to achieve success. and I think, Investor will never stop to join several ICOs.

I don't think there is any kind of platform out there that guarantees you that an ICO won't scam you. This is the crypto market. They will take your money in such a through gaining your trust and runaway in such a way that they can not be traced anymore. A developer can go rouge anytime. No one can guarantee you that an ICO won't scam you. You will have to do your own research and analysis and trust your own intuition.

There are sites that will make you see ICO's ratings this rating was researched by teams on that particular sites you can see expert ratings and what do they think, about given names of the token but if you are having doubts on their work you can sure research and see for yourself, I really think that there is no 100% ICO that will be compatible with you there will always be a flaw, And we can not know any good ICO until it shows its true colors so we are technically sitting ducks waiting for an ICO to makes its move whether it can be a success or not, It will be on the developer's hands if they can make it happen, So I can say that there are no guaranteed ICO's and not all are pertaining only to scam but to ICO that are not successful with their hard cap or soft cap this will lead to stopping the ICO itself.
