What 'type' of License? ...
You would be able to see that when you are running Gunbot at the start. Onto what type of license you have and what exchanges are connected in the terminal or even in the GUI.
I have no idea to be honest. Ultimate I think was mentioned a while back if that means anything at all.
If it's Ultimate, you probably have 5 exchanges that you can connect unless it's the grandfather one but in any case, you should have multiple APIs for that. If you have the capacity to add other exchanges, you should. But now since the API can't connect anymore, you should ask your reseller to change the API. I can do that for you. I just need your Gunthy wallet address and the new API.
ZenDesk has NEVER allowed Me to login - as with the Gunthy Shop. No matter what I do and how many times I change passwords. Both of those sites refuse Me access.
That's weird. Maybe you can just create a new account.

- Ultimate (old version - I bought when it was still a fledgling Bot
hehehe) so Many Exchanges.
- My Reseller? Gunthar ... and he is super difficult to get hold of
but he and I go way back in terms of communications.
- ZenDesk ... I will create a new account there and see what happens. The issue with this is that Multiple Accounts and Multiple eMail addresses and Multiple signons is a Pain ... a Professional system should NEVER have to force a User to go through all this. I NEED this Bot working, so I have no choice, but it wastes an enourmous amount of Time for Me, which is quite valuable, in terms of doing things that ought NOT be done and waiting for responses also.
As much as I sounds like I am bitching about this - I am not - but the facts are simple.
- It has now been 24hours and still no resolve with the License.
- Having the GunBot down for that period of time (and counting) means no Trading and loss of revenue that it could have.
- A huge potential to Miss Out on any major shuffle that could currently be happening in the industry due to being down.
I am NOT a large trader, so that is not too much of an issue, as I am still learning and would appreciate anyone that would be able to help with the learning Curve I am on (I would definitely involve My Company and it's Funds in this if that happens). BUT the fact that these issues exist and there is no easy way to qualify a validated User and no resolve is forthcoming in a 'reasonable' amount of time in the Trade Business, means that those that ARE Trading HUGE amounts of Money could be in a bad situation with more than 24hours wait time between a simple fix like this.
I hope CWI becomes one of those Large Traders with GunBot, but certainly hope there won't be any delays in fixes this long.
If there are people with advice, I am appreciative of them. The output is below with Personal Details ommited with 'xxx'. Also - Binance is the ONLY Exchange I use currently and the ONLY Exchange currently have KYC and AML Regulations fully established. So Binance is the only Exchange I will be using for the Time being. I am interested in how to activate bitRage also, so any advice there would be helpful.
