Sorry about that, I tried to go through and change all the videos but it looks like I missed some of the descriptions.
Currently there are no promo codes under the new system.
For the puzzle just check out all of the links that "could or could not be usefull" and you should be able to figure out the puzzle. Also check out what the puzzle oracle is saying.

And quite difficult too
I was watching a few demo videos on Youtube and there was coupon codes at the bottom of those videos. However, they didn't work. Do you have any other promos going on by chance?

Yes I recommend removing cryptsy if you have issues. The api has always caused some kind of problems.
yeah, cryptsy needs to get their act on fixing their API, it can be so slow at times.

Anyone found that they are using alot of bandwidth when more than 1 API is connected. I had Bittrex, Cryptsy and BTC-e all selected and could not work out for the life of me why my pc was using 4-7GB per day of data. It was constantly downloading at between 500-1000Kb/s. As soon as I turned off Bittrex and Cryptsy its down around 20-100Kb/s.
I thought the kids were hammering the internet usage lol. Just a heads up for anyone else.

I believe the culprit is cryptsy, as their API slows down/goes down quite a bit

can't login. was able to reset password and i can login on the site itself but not through the application (error: "login" diag then "invalid credentials" diag) or the localhost webserv (does nothing)

The login info for the software is set by the user. As it is a security feature to prevent anyone from getting access to your settings if they have access to the machine. The default login is admin/admin, but you can and should change this in settings --> Login credentials. But to get quicker customer service, please come by and register on our forums: https://forums.haasonline.com

also is it possible to upgrade license and only pay the difference? i.e. already bought 3month beginner for .15, want 3month simple for .05 instead of .20

there was a bug that locked some users out of the software with a loop of "software is out of date." This bug has been addressed by version 1.0.22. So if you are affected (or just want to upgrade), please update by right clicking on the Haasbot icon in the system tray and clicking "check for updates." This build should address that particular issue.
