It is best to use cold storage. Use metamask. If you are using mew, then use the offline version. Do not go by unknown links, watch porn only from reliable sources. Do not keep all the funds in one wallet. Do not give a seed phrase to nobody, ever ever.

There's a issue before about the MEW, some hackers create a fake MEW website so if you log-in on that fraud website it will be disaster. So you gonna check your url always if the website is "secured or not secured".

My friend told me about this, it start when you open some fishy link on your e-mail ( spam msg for example ). Your online wallet will be more accessible if you store your wallet information ( ex. private key and personal info. ) on your email. Is that true?

Don't expose your private keys to someone else or sent by a messenger to your other account, be responsible to keep your private keys being safe. Because sometimes the reasons of some private keys being hacked by the hacker's is due to carelessness of the user's. And its very hard to captured again your lost money so again be care full enough in order to protect your private keys to the hacker's.

Digital wallets are really vulnerable to hackers most especially if you don't secure it very well for yourself. There's no way hackers can now your private key if you just only know how to keep it secure from these bad people. Don't easily get fooled by the person whom you didn't know and don't trust them.

1. Don't log in your MEW private keys or JSON file to any unwanted websites but only to MEW.
2. Check the correct spelling of the website if you'll visiting MEW. There might be some dots on each letters that you haven't notice so do it diligently.
3. Don't send your private keys to any airdrops even they are requiring.

There are few cautions needed to be taken to avoid wallets being hacked such as keeping your private keys safe and stop entering your private keys on malicious websites or don't click on uncertified link. And the most secured measures from getting hacked is using hardware wallet

The good book says that In the mouth of two or more witnesses shall every word be established. So you have heard from others that a hard wallet is best to use to protect one from being hacked. I will add that you can try mycrypto.com as they are safe too

hardware wallet is better than using online wallet. that's why I prefer to use nano ledger to hold my funds than using myetherwallet and metamask. I feel safe that way.

Most online wallet services are diligent and up to date when it comes to reminding and updating their informations services for their customers to avoid making mistakes and falling into the hands of these hackers. I think the most important thing to avoid our wallet from hackers is to choose a wallet that has a high level of security, my advice myetherwallet is the best choice because I've never had a problem with myetherwallet, then you have to keep your private key, avoid phishing site

Don't give your Private keys to anyone. Don't trust sites that anyone gives you to log in. Turn on 2FA for everything. most important thing is Get yourself a Ledger or TREZOR Hardware wallet. It's the safest way to keep your money.

I do not believe electronic wallets or exchanges at all, you should buy yourself a hardware wallet - it is the best way to store you cryptocurrencies safe. Yeah, it is cost like 80$, but compare tp how much you can save on thanks to this wallet, it's nothing.

First, never ever ever share your private keys with anyone (nobody should ever ask for them anyway, and if they do, it's probably a scam). Second, if possible, use a hardware wallet. I use a Trezor and I love it, but Ledger is great too. Third, if you are keeping your crypto in an exchange wallet, be sure to use F2A and pray the exchange doesn't get hacked!

i suggest you not to exposed any information of your wallet to anyone. especially your balance and also your private key, it is best not to tell anyone about it. or use a better wallet not only myetherwallet.
