This is actually what people thought by participating in that projects since they aim for profits. But they over expect on something especially when it gather hype since many think that this is the opportunity they are waiting for and they might earn a lot since the support of the project became huge especially lots of people participate in this project.

Even this situation happen where everything is already not sure in the side of Hamster Combat still for sure that there's still a lot of people hoping to earn a lot of money from them .

I remember Pi coin on this where lots of people got fooled and continue to look forward that one day those who participate will became so fucking rich if their token will be listed on exchange. Although this is different project, but the hope of people earn is similar.

I think the high money many people got from Notcoin gave everyone high expectations and the hype surrounding Tapswap made everyone think they can make money from aidrop. Remember that Telegram gave a full support to Notcoin and exchange support them but right. In addition, Tapswap was everywhere and because it got popular, a lot of folks think they can get the same money from Tapswap and Hamster Kombat.

However, when Tapswap changed from Solana blockchain to Ton made people lose interest because people assume Solana rejected them and Hamster postponement of the airdrop made it look like there is nothing to make again. Right now, people are leaving the mini app games because they seems to be no future about them since Notcoin was successful but I think there is some that might list on exchanges later since they are already trading on pre listed.

I think that even if money is not spent, effort is spent. I have been entering Hamster Kombat and doing the missions for a long time, but now I am really bored. These distribution events continue to be uncertain. As long as this is the case, people lose their enthusiasm. Speaking for myself, I may stop playing soon. I am thinking of spending my time on more valuable things now.
That's literally what I did, because I felt like it was the most boring method of "making money" there is, and since we don't even know if we will make money or not, its just a guess and nothing more, which is why I think it never made sense for me. If I knew how much this brings, then I may actually consider it depend on the money, but in that case there are people who are willing to "work" for 10% of what I would consider acceptable, so those things never become that high, ends up being peanuts. This one doesn't promise anything, and could be near zero for all the work you put in.

So, the idea of doing that every single day until they are listed makes me question why I should risk all of my time. Like I always say and will say, money can be earned but time gone is a time gone and you can't get it back, my time is a lot more valuable than my money, hence I am not willing to spend it. I would rather just spend 100 bucks on this project and get out right now and just wait until listing, then spend all that much time.
Of course, the reward for these efforts could be a big zero. Still, people play games thinking that there might be a distribution, even if there is a small chance. My expectations are not high, actually. $100 is enough for me, but the time I spent on it is perhaps more valuable than $100. I will probably stop playing Telegram games from now on.

My point is why will they scam a community that is bigger than NOT coin's community whose concept they copied by making some changes to the game? The free $NOT token did give a lot of individuals free money which everyone enjoyed, who does not love free money Grin
This year, and especially the month of July, will prove it. Now, all Mini games clickers are following the Notcoin trend. In fact, Hamster is considered one of its fierce competitors, with massive communities and remarkable growth. However, we cannot identify the team behind it and its transparency, nor be certain about the game's future and the profitability of the airdrop with this huge player base. Their partnership with BingX exchange might be a good indicator.

I hope that the project is not taken too seriously. It is just a game for fun and passing sometimes. If they launch an airdrop, regardless of its value, whether low or high, and fulfill their promises, it is a gamble from which we got some entertainment and benefit without any investment.

No airdrop is ever meant to be taken too serious irrespective of how much of their promises and how real it may look like until their promises have been fulfilled, one mistake some people makes is to take airdrops too serious and at the they will become disappointed as a result of being over confidence of getting a positive feedback from the project, all airdrops are meant to be treated as fun play or games which you be doing willingly without much of the expectation of getting a reward, as for harmster Kombat we are up and waiting for whatever is going to be the end of the game.

I agree with you mate, airdrop remains uncertain no matter the speculation surrounding it, airdrop is not a do die affair, although no one knows the one that will be successful, all the same time the hope of minners shouldn't be high to avoid being stucked at the end of the day, am not a fan of airdrop but something happened recently that made me to believe that some project are very trusted and real despite that the crypto community has been flooded with fraudulent projects that keep giving minners unnecessary hope, in the aspect of hamster Kombat as you mentioned, as far as no one has been defrauded in the process, even though they keep postponing their launching date i think it shouldn't be a problem for anybody since they have the right to decide whatever they want at anytime but if am permitted to advise I will say that enduring to the last minute as you said is the best thing to do.

Patience is key, and there shouldn't be hard feelings for the projects where you didn't even invest a dime to get something out of them, I think (I am talking about people who didn't go into the presales, etc.)

You might just be getting it all wrong when you said not investing a dime, what about your time and energy? You also need megabits of data to login in, yes it is built in a form of game but directly you are investing your money on data, let alone the time and energy so you can see that you are very wrong in your perception as to this regards. However, it is anyone choice to participate in any airdrops irrespective of the fact that there is no guarantee towards whether there is going to be a payout or not, the end of every airdrops justify the means and the validity of the project.

I agree with you, many people do invest big parts of their days (with time and effort intact) in order to get the tasks and other things done, however, they do believe that there would be a golden allocation afterward, which isn't true lately.

Usually, there will be a guaranteed prize for you, but it is not what you hoped for, that's the issue.

People should understand this and go into the projects keeping these facts from start to finish.

Yes, it's a new trend, I think. Same thing with ChainGame on Base in its time. Same gameplay as Notcoin, many hopes, almost no rewards at the end even for the influencers and shillers, a bad rep for the founders, and that's it Wink

airdrop remains uncertain no matter the speculation surrounding it, airdrop is not a do die affair, although no one knows the one that will be successful, all the same time the hope of minners shouldn't be high to avoid being stucked at the end of the day, am not a fan of airdrop but something happened recently that made me to believe that some project are very trusted and real despite that the crypto community has been flooded with fraudulent projects that keep giving minners unnecessary hope, in the aspect of hamster Kombat as you mentioned, as far as no one has been defrauded in the process, even though they keep postponing their launching date i think it shouldn't be a problem for anybody since they have the right to decide whatever they want at anytime but if am permitted to advise I will say that enduring to the last minute as you said is the best thing to do.

There is no certainty that any airdrop will be successful or not, no matter how they speculation about it, so actually airdrops are not something people should put there hopes on because I believe is very rare to see an airdrop that would worth something good, though I'm not of the opinion that all airdrop are bad but however I'm only trying inform those who normally depends so much on airdrops to think twice in terms of expecting any good thing from it, though we know that airdrops like Nutcoin was very successful and those who participated on it had something at the end but is not wise to still rely on those airdrops, however is funny that most people have different mindset about the ways they go about those airdrops because someone was telling me that he would always participate on any airdrops that comes out reason been that he may not know the particular airdrops that would pay them a lot of money I was short of words.

Well in the aspect of Hamster Kombat I no that they have a good community compare to other projects but I still don't think if people should put all there hope on it because sometimes is better seeing things that if it works better and if not there is no problem than putting all hope on that thing and when it fails it becomes a serious issue to that person, though the good thing about that Hamster Kombat is that there is no form of buying their token at the moment so if perhaps they end up being unsuccessful no body has anything to lose.

Both of you are right but from different angles, but for a fact, we can't declare Hamster Kombat a scam for now, although there have been a delay from their promising date, still yet we can't say they scam since they are very much active, and as we know in cryptocurrency market anything can happen and this is not the first a d last case where projects will failed to meet up with their given dates, so let expect something from the team as this project have gained alot of popularity and support from most newbies cryptocurrency hunters who still believe in bounties and hypes.
But let come to define what is scam and what is not scam, first let say Charles Tim was direct in declaring them scam since the have failed to deliver on their promises, since cryptocurrency bounty hunters have invested time and money on mining those coins on telegram, so if Their failed to give the promised return for the enhancement it means Hamster Kombat is scam, but if their get listed and distributed that means they deliver on promises, let see how it goes, but this is cryptocurrency industry anything can happen.
The fact that the Hamster Kombat project on telelegram mining didn't meet up to their required date of launch doesn't make them a scam project, their may be certain circumstances holding them back that the community is not aware of moreover this is not the first time that a project has postponed their launching date. It's normal for miners to show frustration and worry when such things occur but everyone mining that project needs to be patience and use this opportunity the project is giving to mine more and grow their pph (profits per hour). Well Charles Tim would only be right if after the whole delay, they still fail to lunch and waste people's time and effort, but the fact that they're still active, shows their's hope and as someone who has knowledge about Cryptocurrency he should embrace patience and see how it goes before concluding.

How can it be called a scam when no one has invested in the tap game on Telegram?
Anything you waste your time in and not fruitful can be called scam. People are expecting money in return but what if they are disappointed? The sisappointment can even be about the developers giving money that are not worth it and later if the coin fall significantly making the money more worthless.

I was under the impression that when someone invests money into a project and that project does not deliver or leave without any reason then that is considered a scam. I was not aware that scam has a broader viewpoint when dealing with cryptocurrency. My point is why will they scam a community that is bigger than NOT coin's community whose concept they copied by making some changes to the game? agreed except that there are some airdrop where it requires the participant to spend some money, only then it can be taken seriously because frankly, we spend something to gain something not the other way around.

in the case of hamster kombat, it's obvious that the team aren't really concerned about the community except milking it, but considering that the entire game revolve around giving a game for people to fill in their free time it's still on the premise.
but a project like this giving too much hopes to that many people its gonna be disastrous if it didn't live up to the expectation.

all airdrops are meant to be treated as fun play or games which you be doing willingly without much of the expectation of getting a reward
any airdrop hunter won't play without expectation of getting a reward, the game is a massive chore, i doubt even people who seeks fun only and don't expect reward actually willing to play the game earnestly.
even the main reason hamster kombat can get this much player because everyone expect reward.

Undoubtedly you are very correct there are a lot of players in the harmster Kombat game and definitely every one is expecting a reward considering what happened with notcoin rewards those who participated got which is one of the reason why there so many airdrops hunters but however, and whichever way it is no one should completely rely on the reward or probably it will be better to strick a balancing emotions as regards to the possible outcome of any airdrops one participated in in order to avoid much of the regrets ever participating.

Yeah, but drop hunters have tricks upon their sleeves to have that reward secured - big referral base, farms of accounts, and sometimes even specific software to make the whole process even more sophisticated, whereas a common man who taps to gain millions, for example, won't gain even a fraction of what the hunters are capable of. It's not to say that the drops are dead, or the Hamster Kombat is going to betray the expectations (though I don't believe in its success, like Notcoin's), but it's definitely the thrill of getting a big reward for doing basically nothing that drives people to spend much of their time tapping on their screens.

all airdrops are meant to be treated as fun play or games which you be doing willingly without much of the expectation of getting a reward
any airdrop hunter won't play without expectation of getting a reward, the game is a massive chore, i doubt even people who seeks fun only and don't expect reward actually willing to play the game earnestly.
even the main reason hamster kombat can get this much player because everyone expect reward.

The absence of an official website for Hamster Kombat limits access to detailed information and direct contact with its anonymous development team. This lack of a dedicated online presence restricts the avenues through which interested parties can gather comprehensive data or communicate with the creators.

No airdrop is ever meant to be taken too serious irrespective of how much of their promises and how real it may look like until their promises have been fulfilled, one mistake some people makes is to take airdrops too serious and at the they will become disappointed as a result of being over confidence of getting a positive feedback from the project, all airdrops are meant to be treated as fun play or games which you be doing willingly without much of the expectation of getting a reward, as for harmster Kombat we are up and waiting for whatever is going to be the end of the game.

yeah team was shady, their delay of TGE is more likely a deliberate attempt to profit off their youtube ads revenue, it just feels unethical.

i bet its just the classic farmer getting farmed project, even the game is so lame too, wonder why people are so hyped up, if i'm being honest, this one project will be a massive flop because they keep delaying and delaying which eventually gonna result in hype of the project died down. add that with all the facts mentioned on the twitter link you give. just overall a shady project.

A delayed TGE is a sign of "a promise without a single word" They failed to follow through on their promises I stopped playing the game I think they made us dogs where we are forced to watch their video and make a profit just like you said they will keep delaying just to squeeze more profit until it dies.

Like what they said in their few YouTube videos their game is not the same exactly as Notcoin with real tokens I didn't pay attention to this key point, so I'll be more careful next time with any video related to any telegram project because almost all project on telegram is waste of time. Except for those projects that are less visible but you might be surprised their token has already been listed and airdrop has been distributed.

We need to learn about these mistakes like what I heard last week about someone who bought multiple devices just to play HamsterKombat we are giving our time to them to make them rich.

Sometimes, the urge to gain the profit from nothing, so to speak, is bigger than the voice of reason Wink Only people who shill the project or have the referral base are getting much from projects like Hamster Kombat. Not all of the games on TON are like that, but most of them - totally are, and that's just the trend, in my opinion. It became harder to find something worth investing time and effort in, but it's still there, the possibility of gaining profit even from the airdrops.
