these BTCs are more or less our Business Capital.. so all of you are shareholders man.. all ICO investors.. if we collect for example 10BTC, we will have to pay at least 2-3 btc for logocreator, OP creator, advertise campaign.. and others.. the rest will be used to buy the first big stock of goods.. and is that is the amount which we will use to calc shares.. every year we will publish our corporate balance sheet on our future website (in our country it is musted for a company, the year balance must be published on the website).. and with that balance all ICO investors can see if they are paid for the corrispondent amount invested..Our Fiscal Law is really really permissive
without this we couldnt collect funds from crypto world EDIT: if we dont reach at least 5 btc we refund all investors and the coin will be launched anyway, we will search funds somewhere else and our product and our market will be created in any case.. and value of the coin will always depend on which success our product will have
Well i was Assuming that was the case i just didnt read it anywhere. I just wanted things to be Clear cuz if it wasnt clear to me im sure others had the same questions.
I still think your not asking for enough money , i think you have enough to get started on your build website and maybe even a little stock but as an investor id like to see u get a little more marketing capital.
That will Make or break your buisness the ability to get people to your site and see your Toys im sure there is a market of people interrested in what your making and will make in the future but getting to people to your site to buy is the Biggest hurdle and shouldnt be underestimated.
U could consider doing a second investment round ,(u will need to reserve some coins for this) to pay for additional marketing.
This second round would have a Higher Price since you would have your first round of investments done.(to reward early investors.)
