Hard to sit here and watch our BTC fighting off yet another attack from these twat wads. Our baby is wounded but standing strong.

Godspeed.
Yeah, that's indeed true. But the thing here that matter is that, backdrops like what we are seeing is only a part of its volatility and we should all be awared of that. Bitcoin's market value is falling at this moment but it will eventually increase again so holders will benefit when that near moment comes. So continue holding and investing.

Just forget about minor price movement - simply wait for another milestone - waiting for halving in 2020 is a good choice.
Maybe we will see an amazing price increase - something like John McAfee predicted, bitcoin might even be worth 1 million USD.
Or collect your profit right now - and don't waste time with BTC anymore if you are stressed out by sudden price movements.

If you are a true hodler you wouldn't care about temporary price dump. Just continue to hold and avoid looking at bitcoin price every minute because
the price will be huge after 1 or 2 years.

Agree with you sir, if you are always scared and will see every minute every hour every day bitcoin price you will be anxious and always will sell it, if necessary save bitcoin in offline wallet for security reasons. let if there are investors who only sell and buy in a short time to achieve quick profits. it's the one that makes the bitcoin value up and down now. You wouldn't get any problem by holding your bitcoin. Price is none of your business anymore, after 2-3 years you will get back to the reality and you will set your life in bitcoin price.

I actually dont wanna be a 100% holder because it has a low probability on earning. It is a lazy job where you buy coins and defy odds on the vilatility of its value. All you have to do is wait. Its never hard. If you are an old time holder, you should be used to its volatility.

I agree that this is not really that hard of a time, except to those who recently bought at the highs. Those who have been observing the cryptocurrency market know that this minor correction is trivial in the grand scheme of things.

.
A trye hodler will not be worried about what is happening right now.
All this dip is just a normal thing which has already happened before for a multiple time.
.
Personally i like to have some dips with bitcoin.
Because by this i can also accumulate some more bitcoin for my stash

Totally agree, a true hodler probably shouldn't be too focused on the day to day or hour to hour fluctuations...mostly it just causes anxiety and self doubt.  Of course, enough of a drop looks like a buying opportunity to a true hodler... Wink

I've just sold out. The fees are absolutely ridiculous and it is going to kill Bitcoin. Bitcoin cash is better and the only thing keeping Bitcoin alive is the people that love it just too much.

Bitcoin needs fixing real fast, because it's already too late.
If your intentions it was to just keep holding, then you don't needed to get concerned about bitcoin fees to the point of selling it all.

Bitcoin will recover and be fine, but there is still a chance that this correction is not over. Don't be surprised if the price drops back down again to $15.000 or below. We're in a period where there could be fluctuations as people are buying and selling with some people taking profits while others are trying to find bargains. Overall I think Bitcoin will recover over time but it could take a while.

I dont know why you ALL are saying and spreading the same kind of words.

Bitcoin is not dead, and it will never be! Stop trying to make fud in here because we all know the real potential that bitcoin has and the long path that we haven't recovered yet.

Do you really think that those are real bad times for a holder? Let me tell you something, the price has increased by more than ten thousand dollars in just ONE MONTH, now just answer this, do you think that this is sustainable?

Of course not, it needs a dip, but it will recover soon.

Stop crying like a baby

Hard time for a hodler sure but a hodler shouldn't worry about a few fluctuations over a couple of days, now if we had crashed over weeks or months then I would say yes it's a bit hard at that point.

Truelly it is a difficult time for holder and new investors, cause the loses is becoming something else for all. But, with a perspective of things going right soon, then we wait and continue holding to smile latter.

If you've been able to hold throughout the past year then there should be zero issues with holding onto it for longer, you're not at any risk provided you haven't been buying within the $15k-$16k space of value and you're sitting on pure profit, there's a lot more that can still happen and it's all looking like positives for the market, despite the recent slide that's been happening. Of course don't believe any of what I'm saying because according to my experience I am a perfect contrarian and, for everything I have just said, the opposite will happen.

I agree with you, a true bitcoin holder is he who is patient to face any market circumstances because behind it all he has a mature strategy and indeed know the market character is mature.
