I think that in life you need physical labor, mental labor and such labor where you need to use the strength of the spirit and your character. Development can be obtained anywhere, you just need a different experience - situations in which you cannot survive without mind, without character, etc. Money is just a temporary measure of the value of things/services, but your personal skills that you have acquired through your work are for life. With the help of such skills, you can make money in any situation and have everything else. But you always need to listen to your intuition (what your heart tells you), even if it seems illogical.

Work as much as you can with hardly and smartly.
I think when you work smart, you're also working hard with it because of the idea that you've brought for working. And about being successful, it's you that you can determine if your effort is enough to say so.
I would choose to do both but in the long run, you need to apply working smartly.

i agree with your word if you want your work successful in long terms you need to be smart not hard work . i add some word here Hard work is the first step towards smart work. so firstly you need a hard then smart . is that correct
First, if you don't work hard, you cannot even find the door of opportunities that shall bring you to a better one.
And if you do, while you work hard, you'll create a process that shall make it easier for you to do it as you work smartly.

* Friend its is a good question, But there is so much to be smart in every work And have to be hard . I would say so if you are taking too long and missing opportunities. be smart. find some fundamental rules that you want to use as deciders. And every work has to be looked at hard Because if you have a hard question So you have to be hard on it.Until then you have not quit this work . Up to the jeep you complete it.

People who played smartly became more successful than hard workers but smart work alone is not the key to win, it needs lot of special skills on the field you are working for yur success.
i have never worked sweeping/moping floor. but every time i pass a floor cleaner working hard. i look at their mop-broom and see they can do the work in half the time with a 2x size mop-broom.
it didnt take hard work for me to notice this. it just took smarts

smart work wins every time
if your a hard working floor cleaner. then you are not smart enough to invest in a better mop-brush (double length) that can do the work in half the time. so doing it the standard hard way means your losing
if your an investor. if your making manual trades where you have to manually analyse the data before making a decision. you are taking too long and missing opportunities. be smart. find some fundamental rules that you want to use as deciders. and then program a bot do fulfil those orders in split seconds instead of minutes. smart is better
being more efficient is smart and less hard work. and will get you recognised as a BETTER worker.
yep if a floor is spotless in 20 minutes. and a neighbouring store is spotless in 2 hours. the smart worker that knows how to clean with only 20 minutes of labour gets the recognition. the 2 hour worker will get replaced by someone that can do it in 1 hour.. and save the company half its labour cost

Risk managing is smart working, investing what you can afford to lose is smart working, you got to open doors to more opportunities is smart working + hard working, I think one should involved in both because both will be required at one stage in your life

I think both. Work smart, as long as possible until you are tired.
I consider hard work as doing something important/useful until you're exhausted.

It isn't enough to work smart or be a hard workig employee,Both of them could make you successful but you need to learn how to control your money.
Having a good partner would also be a huge advantage on your success.
Working hard or being a smart worker wouldn't make you successful if you are spending more than you can afford.
