Hardworking and luck must go together, we could all be hardworking but not lucky. In doing bounty hunting we all need to be hardworking and the luck should come along.

hard work doesn't always get maximum success but luck also contributes because we are in the crypto world where when a bounty hunter promotes the project every day and of course wants to get results that match this job and hope good luck is always in our project, while market conditions this time is not good.
bounty really relies on luck. not many ICO bounties that I follow really makes money. some only give shitcoin. because ICOs who are participating are collecting funds so we have to understand it. but if we are observant in following a bounty, we can't choose which one really makes money. not always rely on luck.
Luck is a very good property for the bounty hunter, but you should also be able to choose a project and evaluate its future prospects. 
Luck is also a determining factor, one of the reasons is because more scammers are trying to take advantage of the popularity of cryptocurrency through Ico and the bounty. The fraudster is very clever in hiding their falsehood. So, I feel hard work and luck affect each other.

I think we, the bounty hunters are responsible on the ICOs that we are joining. It is not the developers or the project themselves to be blame, since the market is based on our market capitalization of the cryptos. We have the hand to handle the market and we should act not to blame but to turn the table into our favor.
Bounty hunters need to participate only in campaigns where they are paid in hard currency, such as Bitcoins or Ethereum, and then your earnings will not depend on luck.
Higher risk, higher profit, or no profit at all. Get a job and let this be your hobby.
Then you won't go crazy when you don't get payed.
Look at it from bright side too, eventually you will find bounty which will make you real money.
That's possible, even now you can still make money with bounty.
Market is down so price is undervalued, but that is alright if you can wait and hold for long term.
This is the norms of the market, sometimes up and sometimes down, it's very unpredictable but we can still be profitable if we know how to hold.

If you are one of the victims of fraud ans scam scheme, this forum will not be liable with your actions. I know, most of us here are making a huge efforts promoting such services and it is quite not fair if they will not pay us for our hardwork.
Anyhow, a person who has a comprehensive knowledge in choosing what or where to join ICOs will somehow distance you from scams.

All i can say is that luck do play a part from the starting of crypto bounty to now. Last time when the market is good more ICO can moon easily so maybe you think that hardwork is the factor but i assume luck is still at play during that time, and when the market is down you definitely need more luck in choosing the right ICO.

luck is not always present for everyone and luck will come to lucky people.but if there is no hard work you cannot produce so hard work will also affect the results.

We found many bounty campaign have pay less than our hope, we joined about five to seven weeks but after ending of bounty always got bad moment where price is dump and delay for distributing.

But luck alone won't enough to pay you. Doing some research and due diligence before participating on a campaign will be much better than
only guessing based on luck what ICO we want to take a part. Later if we choosing the ICO correctly, we can do our hard working to make more incomes. Scammers will keep trying to scam users, so we need to have more caution.

Basically, if we, bounty hunters are not paid, I think somehow the investors are not also paid. And we can find here that the problem is in the project itself. In addition, market condition is also a factor.

The current challenges we face on this space has to do with the project developers not the bounty hunters hardwork or luck. It is very difficult to tell if a project will be successful or exit scam. Most times the projects you think have a very good chance of been successful ends up scamming the populace or ends up with very low volume. We need a platform that can actually VET this bounties, so as not to work in vain
