I select the bounties that I participate on, I don't join all in the name of being an hardworking hunter. I already have some good bounty managers that I work with and perform the bounties they post.

I think you are right about that. But one thing I believe is that they both work in hand with each other, once you love what you do and put more effort to it, there will be a time you have to wish for luck just not to be as if you are not doing any. Luck really matters

That's why I have been talking to the people around here to tells that bounty campaign is not the best way to earn for now, just go outside and find a job for yourself.

Maybe you are right, one of 100 campaigns really worth it. But also you can reduce the risk of getting nothing by participating in more campaigns at one time.

I don’t think that bounty can be called hard work. It is ridiculous to demand any specifics and regulatory payments in crypto, even investors do not know whether they will receive a profit from their investments.

I got tokens in thousand for social campaigns and bitcointalk ones, but no one single of them I got lucky enough to be something rewarded with I can be satisfied to join the bounties a year back, even now these days I left ICO's campaigning, but doing very, very less campaigning for genuine looking projects, but so far, I have earned nothing or major in the name of bounties.

yes, right at the moment we are witnessing the transformation of this sphere. Bounty campaigns are not the same as they used to be, but it's not a bad sign. This is just the "cleaning" and after it will be the next blossom of bounty campaigns and airdrops. Maybe the would transform in something more than simple ICO promotion. I hope that STO will get popularity as well and we will be able to earn for our hard work a lot of money again.

If you don't hardworking how luck will be come to your favour this is ridiculous. I think without hardworking luck is not working in anywhere.
But in the bounty campaign hardworking is valueless if you working with worst project. Selection is very important in bounty campaign.

You're right there are many scam nowadays so we should be careful when participating in bounties.

Its just sad that majority of existing ICOs are not genuine and our effort in the end our going to be wasted. Its either their coins are unable to get listed on any exchanges or the project is scam from the very beginning.

We deserves to get our rewards after the hardwork and effort that we exert, but we cant just rely in bounties. I think we have to gain other skills and explore other opportunity to earn.

If you want paid based your hardwork, i think you should find job in real world. This is of course you will get pay based your hardwork, But this is crypto world, doing hardwork no guarantee you get pay, sometime project scam, or success project but not pay bounty hunter or only pay less. So joined with bounty champaign paid with bitcoin every week. i think this is solution.

maybe now the time for paychecks from crypto bitcointalk starts to disappear, now hard work can't give maximum results. now what produces is how good luck is, because this is a sad thing at bitcointalk that you can't get a maximum salary.

That's right, hardworking bounty hunters turned like being lucky to join legitimate campaigns. So luck was included if you want to join bounty campaigns because of the emergence of those scammers. I don't know how but there must be something to do in order to minimize the spread of scam projects.

That is cool. Smart work is more effective so that the income generated will be more optimal. The combination of hard work and good analysis of a project will definitely provide a profit. Yeah after you analyze and you observed that certain things might happen for much better success, but without luck chances also that the project might be lack of supports can't progress, usually hunters works taking chances that they will be rewarded knowing that there's no certainty or assurance that everything will be run accordingly.

this is another effect of this plan. so far I am increasingly convinced that cryptocurrency has a future.
