Ye they should pay us for our hardwork, but sad to say this is how bounty works if you got paid then you are lucky some of the bounties not paying, well we should research first before we join bounties.

We don't want luck we want to get paid for hardworking ,bounty that was once about how hardworking has now turn to 'how lucky you are' ,something must be done about this ,any ideas??? Since all devs makes use of Bitcointalk forum to advertise and draw people attention bitcointalk will Be the easiest strong wall standing between scammers and investors

It's because of so many projects that being launch that failed and even those promising projects with a strong team had no assurance that it will generate profits once it get listed on exchanges. That's true you’re lucky enough if you will easily earn your reward at the early stage of the listing as the price will totally dumps to bottom. This is the effect of a bad market situation which all of us in the crypto industry had been affected. I just keep holding my reward token in hopes that in the future this will become huge as I can't afford to sell it in a cheaper price which can't compensate my efforts and time.

I think you need both for doing bounty campaigns because you will never know what project will give you a lot of earnings. From my own experience, ive been doing bounty for 10months now and i didn't get a chance to earn a $1k for a single project only while my friend already earned above that for on project. We have both 60+ projects but not all of that are same as mine. So the point is, i didnt got lucky to do the project that gave him $3k. Were both hardworking for doing a minimum of 60+ projects but he is the lucky one.

Yes, its hard to trace a legit project now, scammed project is more than a legit project even me is one of the catch of their fishing net. Its not easy to be a bounty participants more specifically during the work on task itself. Maybe its happen because of market fall down now so others doing a safety moves by their own goods.

Indeed, now there are a lot of different projects, and it's a happy occasion to find a good one among them for hardworking hunters. To protect yourself from scam can only be without participating in scam projects. Need to carefully study and choose. But even this sometimes doesn't help.

Hard work pays off. You should work hard and be honest with bounty managers and another participants. Moreover you should stick to the rules of each projects and if you follow these steps, you would gain great profits from bounties.

To me, hardworking pays only and only when you invest your time and money on valuable projects
And to get good projects you have to do your own research  and be sure of the positives too

That way you get the full knowledge about the project and product

I really hope that the situation will improve soon, both in the market as a whole and in the prize campaign. At present it is not profitable to sell the coins we received for participating in the prize campaign, and the best option for us is to wait for the market to recover and hope that the price of our coins will rise.

For now, the Bounty campaign is very unprofitable, because when the ICO Token is listed on the market, the price of the Token never has a good value, so Bounty participants cannot sell at a good price, so now only patience can hold our emotions against the very bad ICO project.

Sometimes our hard work so far is not commensurate with the time we have spent promoting the project to only provide very little income, because 90% of the coins when listing on the market have very far prices from ICO

At the moment, users of the bitcointalk forum independently study projects and if they find inconsistencies and violations, they report it in the appropriate subsection. But it would be good if such an audit began to do the administration of the forum itself, I am ready to give % of the remuneration as a trade Union fee for such an audit.

so low that the bounty is not as good as your rank is low though you are still earning and now it is very difficult to find a good bounty because there are many scams and fears that investors also buy a coin in the ico because there are also many scams ico and there's still a bit of success ico so now it's just like getting bounty with bounty as much extra task but eventually scam is still unsuccessful or it's just a quick job and it does not hurt a lot of scams going out so be careful of your bounty that you have not worked for and did not get it.

We have faced many time hardworking but also always do not get payment, many time joined bounty campaign but always scam and delay for distribution of bounty campaign reward, we have smart for next time when joining bounty campaign project.
Hardwork alone is not the key to success, it should be hardwork and intelligence.
With these two combine, you have a better chance going forward, some bounty are scams but not all, and only your intelligence will tell on how to find them.

Hard work is not a mainstream idea worthy of recommendation. If the distribution of the world is obtained through labor, then human beings have no gap. But obviously luck is sometimes more important, like the big prize in your lottery.

All new Ico are built on luck, after the investment there is already a lot of you independent. This is only a day trading reflects your statement, everything else does not require hard work.

You're wrong, hard work will definitely bring results and luck always sided with anyone who worked hard. Make the best use of the current market situation.

It depends on you. Why do you promote an ICO which is shit and scam? Can't you have some little research on an ICO before promoting that? I would save your time and a lot of people's money. We should promote the best one only.
Well, if you know which ICO projects are crap and fraud, then put them here and we will not support them. It is quite difficult for us now to distinguish the fraudulent ICO project from a non-fraudulent one. Fraudsters are now smarter and bolder. And our diligence sometimes stumbles upon a KYC check, which is sometimes impossible to pass due to the fact that they are trying to deceive us with semi-fraudulent means of the ICO team. Therefore, more and more we still have to hope for good luck, than just hard work.

Because right now, much of the project cannot survive in the market and many of them delay the payment or if they paid their participants, the tokens don't have any price. Although we can choose the right project, it doesn't mean we will get the paid at the end of the bounty program. So what you need to do is not only choosing the right project but it also follows their news, and if somehow the project finally looks like to be a scam, you'd better leave the project and search the other project.

I think even if you hardwork, someyimes it doesn't meet to be pay. I am referring to the bounty hunters like me that joins oroject and doesn't get the reward in exchange of his work. Luck is just a bonus, if the project you joined has reward you, then your hardwork gets reputation.
Unfortunately, even though we have received rewards from work with projects that pay us, many of the rewards we receive throughout the year do not have good prices. even when we sell it will only get very little. the results we get are not worth the work we have done.
