Can we get a mod in here to nuke that link, and maybe give the spammer a time-out for advertising his scam in here?

You know he's not a scammer because he used his real name to make his forum account. It great to see legitimate businessmen like cWq34#9tH-3 on these forums.

Ugh, scuse me? by your own "logic" that would make YOU a scammer. And hey, what's your real name?  LOL

Are you freakin' kiddin' me? I haven't encouraged anyone to use it. Neither has any of the posters. JC, if we cannot talk (and provide a link) about something as Obvious and as Ridiculous as this...well... then we might as well not be allowed to discuss such things at all. Man, whew...YOU are astounding... to put it nicely.

There is a site listed in the hidden wiki, it's called "double your bitcoins". While I wouldn't dare to try this because I don't want to become associated with "tainted" bitcoins, I am curious to know what others think of it and if anyone has actually tried it. It's located here: http://mephhg5v5jxviujk.onion.to/
Please, in the name of God, don't link anyone to onion.to.

Why not?

In Linux, open a console and type the following command:

sudo bitcoind -a balance double

That's all there is too it!

Please, tell me no one actually tried this!

Most of the times, our costumers asked us how to cash out these bank accounts

Quote
But sadly, our costumers did not understand how to do it

Quote
Some costumers did not even know what a bitcoin is

Only scammers wear costumes.

They should pay more attention to doubling my bitcoins, and less attention to what they're wearing.

If someone lacks common sense one could argue that getting swindled out of your coins will be well worth the lesson you've been thought. Reminds me of the guy who offered "hacking services", but apparently he's so fancy that you need to send BTC to his address and email him with a message confirming that you were the one to send it in order to get a reply...

Anyway, never trust systems like this. They normally start off legit, to make people think OMG, then they scam a LOT of people. And people wonder why...

This reminds me of the scams in eve-online, basically the same thing. Send me ISK, I'll double it. The way it works is they will usually double small amounts and then when some idiot sends a big amount, they don't double it but just keep it.

I told you all you'd get good experience of a Bitcoin economy by playing EVE Tongue

haha, thanks & yep - I've seen a few similar things pop up over the last few months, frankly this is the poorest with the least effort I have seen lol..

Also.. they're last blockchain payment was for 0.005 when their 'minimum' they accept is .5 lol - seems the scammer couldn't afford his own service!

Noobie warning: dont send them your coinss!
