Topic: Has anyone withdrawn Bitcoin from Cryptsy for the past 48 hours? (Read 1180 times)
Did anyone try this? i tried this and my money is now stuck in limbo, the transaction doesnt show up in blockchain, now my money is gone, is not anywhere to be found, it was also not much, but important to me, it was a BTC withdraw, now what do I do? Should I open a ticket?

Well again I was told "rumor" that you could get up to $22 (big whoop) out of them yet..but it takes like 5 days....just wondering if Cryptsy is at least hanging together yet
enough to even do something 'that lame'?
(hey...just trying to help the 'truly disillusioned to at least get some 'dust' back in some manner)
I suspect at this point in time..even something that 'modest' is now Kaput! but putting it out there ...just in case the 'rumor' has some merit for folks here (sorry not a better rumor)

It is because most people never learn until the bad thing hurt them. Apart from that there isnt many altcoin exchanger that has a high volume so cryptsy is one of the destination site for altcoin lover also they have btc usd options as well so that was their plus point

I ll ask my usual question, WHY do you people keep using Cryptsy when it s obvious they ve been lying to you?
Apart from people having coins stuck there, I really see no reason why anyone sane would still use them. Even those people with stuck coins should have withdrawn them by now.
So, in stead of asking questions whether an exchange service performs its activities and lets people exchange and withdraw, simply stop do that and switch to some other exchange.

to be honest im trying to withdraw my LTC and DASH from it for last 2 weeks i must say last month i was able to withdraw ltc from cryptsy and withdraws was made in 5 days
now i dont know what the hell is hopping to it and hope that they will resolve this issue ASAP

Yesterday i could withdraw nsr (nushares) i made the withdraw/email and after 2 hours i made a supportticket. Price at poloniex were 8xx and at cryptsy 11xx So more then 30 % But price for nsr is cheap right now. So i would wait to change it in btc

Someone on Reddit claimed they'd heard from an employee and they were working from home to save money. No idea whether it's true or what's going on with it.
Thats what someone told you when they are planning on an escape route or atleast still escaping right now.There is no way to tell that they are running at the moment but from their action that they are delaying every withdrawal is a sign that they are planning or atleast doing it
Seriously...the amount of excuses those people keep coming up with is pathetic. It's blatant at this point
Thats what people are doing when they are making mistake and planning on to cover that mistake or atleast running away from their responsibility. There will be more of this coming in the future when they are more people that complaint about their service ( they could be claiming someone 'hacked' their system perhaps? )

It is clearly that cryptsy stops withdrawal and officially collapses. Ppl are still have last hope to get money back. Some time to time hacks are occurring. Some exchanges fall down. There is lot of victims who are losing money. No one exactly knows which is next. We cannot prevent it.

Nobody can tell you that your coins are going to be safe and you won't know if you can access them until you try to withdraw. So I'd recommend doing that or else you're never going to get them back, right? And do it sooner rather than later, because the Cryptsy ship is going down.

I just read that cryptsy hq has been abandoned like a week ago - big pappa vern is probably in China right now using everyone's money to make his next scamchange

Yeah I just saw this, I just want to be sure that if i click "withdraw" im not going to be with my bitcoins stuck forever. It's a small amount, it's not even 30 dollars I think in total. But it still pisses me off to lose money to exchanges, so I want to be sure..

LIKELY imho you will get your 30 bucks out...I heard a 'rumor' can't find the link that cryptsy has a 22 buck limit...so grab 22 bucks now and get the other 8 a day later

Well it's not like I have many alternatives right.. its either I take the risk and maybe I can manage to get my funds out, or I just sit and wait for what? because it doesn't seem it's going to get any better.
I will try to get 20 dollars later for a test, then 10 a couple laters and we'll see how it goes.
Your best bet would be to try and find an alt that you can trade elsewhere. Your odds of getting any BTC, LTC, DOGE, DASH, or anything else of serious volume is pretty much nil at this point. Withdrawals on all of those and many others all sit at pending indefinitely.
