Except its still on the page its based in btc. you figure they would have amended that or wiped it completely already. Judging by the babyjet users thread they are still  trying to work on a firmware and maybe another revision board.

I'm not sure about the upgrades, but they probably DGAFF about your MPP.  They want orders off the books, and right now B2 is a bigger liability than the MPP, which was not included/addressed in the ToS you agreed to.

Would someone who has confirmed shipping from batch 2 (sierra) mind posting their order number so I can get a feel for where they are in the shipping queue? I've got to know what day it will arrive so I can schedule off work. I know chances of getting HF to tell me are 0%..... thank you!

The optimist inside me wants to say that late this week they are going to start shipping Batch 2 (they were confirming addresses), but NOT before they at least simultaneously do SOMETHING to address the MPP and upgrade board situation.

I'm not sure about the upgrades, but they probably DGAFF about your MPP.  They want orders off the books, and right now B2 is a bigger liability than the MPP, which was not included/addressed in the ToS you agreed to.
Their biggest problem with the MPP is that it's an irrevocable "admission" by the company that they were aware of the true liability of a delayed delivery when they accepted the orders. No play on incompetence can help them there. Their strategy is likely to hold early customers in suspense all long as they can and fulfill all other contract obligations and starting switching into safer and safer contracts as the business proceeds.

I can't speak for all customers, but I can say that a few of them a very principled, so we may see trials one way or the other (unless the payoff by HF creates too large an incentive to not take this to court).

HAshfast has made the biggest bitcoin fraude in the history. 2013-2014 is the jear from hashfast, the biggest lieers and the lackest support? I mean support?? THere is no support. It is so bad arround there.

Actually, when Black Arrow finally goes dark, they will be the biggest, since having a dozen plus resellers in place, along with security and hosting firms continuing to accept pre-orders from investomers all based on vaporware.

Good question. When it comes to MPP I don't think HF gave a 'guaranteed' delivery date. So likely they are prioritizing all batches with guaranteed delivery dates to avoid refunds and/or legal action from customers.

In other words, HF does what is good for HF and the customer be damned.

That's a shame, gmax, for this used to be my favorite thread. At least I still have Black Arrow until they, too, go totally Zeno on us, viz. that contrary to the evidence of one's senses, the belief in plurality and change is mistaken, and in particular that motion is nothing but an illusion.

To think that I was considered the nut in this thread, and it wasn't because of my hazel eyes, albeit they were used to help uncover this motley crew of crackpots.

After reading your post, I don't feel as bad for paying for next day shipping and getting 4 day shipping. I feel very bad for you.
