Anyway shipments froze? Any batch 2 customers yet?

I have a batch 2 order in. Nothing yet. I left a message with the call service they are using politely asking for any shipping info yesterday. I aslo sent Ciera an email asking if they have me in a shipping que. Nothing from them yet as well.

I see and read on their TOS about batch 3 -->

Guaranteed Product Delivery Dates – Batch 3.  The “Batch 3 Guaranteed Delivery Date” for units of Product from Hashfast’s third production batch is:  March 31, 2014.  The order confirmation sent by Hashfast to Buyer may state an earlier delivery date for that order.  Buyer may cancel the portion of the order that remains undelivered by Hashfast by the Batch 3 Guaranteed Delivery Date (or other delivery date stated in Buyer’s order) at Buyer’s request, and Hashfast will refund the payment for such cancelled units.

What about "The order confirmation sent by Hashfast to Buyer may state an earlier delivery date for that order.  "

Does it make sence, have order 1x sierra and 1 babyjet. both was ancitipate shipping mid-late January... not as garanteed?? I mean??? let me know. I have seen in my order delivery is mid-late jan, do they mean about that ?

It was added in the 25 of November version.

Long ago, i was taught that the purpose of business was to provide goods or services at a reasonable profit.

The teaching I hear now is that the purpose of business is to make money.

I think this new teaching is flawed, and underlies much trouble.

HashFash really needs some more Quality Control..

I'm not talking about Major problems. Of the 12, I only have 1 having problems.

But a lot of minor stuff:

Random screws loose and rattling in the case
Random Case parts (i think HDD bays) loose and rattling in the case
1/4th of the BJ's had the fans from the Radiator set the wrong way. Or 3/4th, depends how you look at it. 1/4th were pulling air down into the case. Only 1 fan in the back of the case was exhaust.
Random SD cards! I swear, there were like 3 different brands. I'm not sure, think all were 1GB.

That's about it. I'm sure it wouldn't be hard to get these right. A loose screw in the case could short the board or fall into the radiator.

Yes to be realistic, i just want only my money back. I really dont need that machines anymore. they are worthless now.
To get my money back and buy bitcoins may be usefull now. I have request 2 times my money. I guess they will wait till end January or begin february. But im very concern because they update nothing, and let me as customer wait and wait...

It just everyday a lost day.. too much tmie i spending on this tread about scamfast.

Is there anyone that already have a refund back from Scamfast? batch 1 or 2 ?

If you read backwards in this thread, you will find your answers.  

Hashfast uses misleading tactics, especially with Batch 1, to induce people to believe that their machines will be delivered earlier.  In the case of Batch 1, Hashfast indicated it would ship in late October, 2013.  But it did not ship units in any quantity until late January, 2014.  

Nobody knows when your Batch 3 units will ship.  On the one hand, they now have a functional product that they are shipping in at least some quantity.  On the other, there are people in front you (Batch 2) that have not received their units.  Also, Batch 1 customers, and some Batch 2 customers, bought under the Miner Protection Program, and they are expecting further processing boards.

It's a mess.  Based on past experience, I would NOT expect that Hashfast will give you any clear answer.

Well i guess people arround here have send thousand mails to them, i just send them 4 mails, and even that they cant react.

first mail i send begin december, we are now end January, still no answer. How can i ask my money back while they still keep our money in pending. and not react.

They are silence as fck. At least BFL refunds the money back after a week. I mean.. hashfast not know where they playing with.. they are so rude..

i think its so brutal because we must begging for our own money. They dont have any right , are we paying for waiting months? I mean this is like a free loan.

Now they have already changes TOS long way ago , but does this means i can only my refunds back after 31 march? Because at the time i order it, i never read about 31 march as a garanteed delivery?

I'm afraid you'll have to wait until the 31th of March but it can't hurt (in case of any legal action later) to send them a registered letter on the 1st of Feb complaining about the fact you did not get the items on time as they promised (Failure to deliver)

Why don't you serve them a notification that there has been a revision to their TOS?

If they can change it willy nilly, perhaps you can too?

Edit: If they notify you that you cannot modify the TOS, then you shoot back that under the same reason, neither can they.
If they notify you that they otherwise reject your modification of the terms, return their notice to indicate that you likewise reject their revision of the TOS.

Lets see how they react to that.
