Hello, Do you have any idea if any Sierra's were shipped in batch 1? Or are all the Sierras in later batches? Any Batch 2 shipments go out?

What state do you live in? The phone recording laws vary from state to state and in say Texas where I live, the law is that you can record any conversation you wish as long as one party knows about the recording (and the you are that party). So I can record every phone call that I make or receive without telling a single counterparty that I am doing it. Just a heads-up to check out your state's particular law.

California law states both parties must know they are being recorded... and if I remember correctly, Ninjarobot lives close to Frisco.

I got an automated fedex tracking call today notifying delivery of one of my units for tomorrow (friday). Apparently they shipped it priority overnight yesterday (wednesday), but it was picked up after the overnight deadline (grrr).
