HashFast is conducting a drawing for a FREE Baby Jet!

Here are the conditions to qualify for the drawing:

1. Participants must sign up for a 25 day advertising period.
2. Participants must insert the ad into their forum signature for the entire period of 25 days.

At the conclusion of 25 days, we will have a drawing consisting of all participants to determine the winner of the FREE Baby Jet.

If you are interested, please sign up under this thread. The signup for this drawing will be open for the next seven days.

GOOD LUCK!

I mean I'd not have expected that's it's me getting the free one, but nevertheless offering sth and then remove it the other day doesn't increase my trust and confidence in HF.

^ Will code for Bitcoins

Wafer = Substrate ??

No.  Wafer is the uncut silicon.  The wafer is cut into individual dies (about 1000 per wafer).  The dies are then attached to the substrate (4 dies per chip in this case) and enclosed with a metal "lid" to form a single chip.

What's your estimate of days needed from wafer to chip if they do it locally in California?

This is the kind of progress we like to see.  Is there an update on the substrate?

HashFast has become an industry leader in the production of Bitcoin network verification equipment

Seriously? They dont even have a working prototype.

They need to change thier MMP 3 months later aint going to do squat especially when we where sopose to be mining end of OCT.

I ALSO SENT A REFUND REQUEST

I sent an email to hasfast day after the delay news was posted, asking for a refund or upgrade to a sierra.
Got a reply few hours later saying No to the refund and they would get back to me about upgrading.

Now they just ignore any emails i send. Even taco ignored a question i asked last week  post #2424.

The rig cost me 45 BTC ($7k Aus), excluding import fees i probably wont get it till January since customs will be closed at xmas till after the new year,
@ 0.31 kw/h any Roi i might of earned set sail a few weeks ago.

I'm not very optimistic about them having extra chips in the first run since they have said the first run was a engineering run. I was just being extremely wishful. Lets hope they put in the 2nd and 3rd wafer run orders in. Or else we will be waiting some time for MPP chips because of the new years(Chinese).

Where did they say that?

Baby Jet (nominal 400 Ghash/s)
$5,600

This is a special sale of the first engineering run of GN chips. This sale will continue until we are sold out of a total of 550 Baby Jets. Shipments are anticipated to begin October 20-30, in order of purchase.

What do you all figure the probability that HashFast WILL deliver by December 31st? I'm thinking around 70% chance. If they had some pictures of wafers/silicon, I'd think higher.

I feel a bitbet coming on.

I swear they posted a picture of the wafers arriving but now I do not see it anywhere.
The marketing department is at work. Pretty pictures with pretty text incoming soon on their blog.

I think 90-95%, they are heavily incented to.   They have posted the wafers.
They have? I've seen a blurb they posted about getting them, but no pictures.
