Yes, but different entities cannot explain the perfectly linear growth of this last spike. And if that huge spike was a single entity... "the difficulty is too damn high".
 
I'm sure that you know a thing or two that would make it simply stupid for those guys to use their tier 4 datacenters possibly next to stock exchanges to mine.

by end of the year the first big mines will be shut down by lack of profitability or governments, so there will be equilibrium.

KNC, BFL and Asicminer all have new hardware that is working.  On top of that you have dozens of secret projects.  I would expect several large financial companies have decided to deploy mines.  Their data centers are essentially idle outside of trading hours so they have free facilities to deploy in.

Anyone investing their own money into new gear at this late date is an incurable optimist.

There's going to be a jump of almost 30 Petahash in 6 days.
Does anyone know the reasons why there is so large difficulty jump (around 25%) this time?
Some new mines being started somewhere? The hardware being replaced in established mines?
If so, do you know which mines and what is their Petahash input?
KNC Neptune is defo contributing to it but not £30 Petahash. It's like 3 massive mines have joined :-)

that is not a bad summation of what happened.... all you have to do is throw in the delivery of a few rigs between the two.

A couple reps from HashFast visited the plant a few times starting in November to about March if I'm not mistaken. Hopes this info helps.

Hashfast Used Bfl for assembly or something? Josh out of thin air defended Hashfast back in December.

If you didn't asked for a BTC refund in written before the 15th of January I don't think that you are entitled to one. So Gallo makes sense only if you did so. 40% is a lot.

And btw, the one of the last document filed (that I'm not posting here because it's full of addresses and people complained) shows that Gallo has $3M in BTC claims, and again, 40% of that is a lot.

I guess that they needed suggestions on how to assembly the boards without delivering them to their customers. Fair question. Find the answer and win the game.

If this were to become a criminal case, we would get (investigative) superpowers and everyone would most probably get everything back.

Can someone just please summarize what's the best recommendation for BATCH 1 customers???

As far as I see things:

A) Gallo      =   You only get to keep 60 % of  your share in the XYZ bucket of refunds. Does Gallo add any value at all for such a huge take they are getting? If they add Batch 2 refunds to the bucket, your share will be even further diluted, correct?
B) No Gallo =   Free riding. You get to keep 100% of your share in the XYZ bucket of refunds. This bucket includes everyone by default?

*Is that how it works??
*Is the bucket of refunds really the same or not in both cases?? Even if Gallo's bucket is larger, with their immense cut, would still make option B) better, correct?
* Does option B) has a significantly smaller probability of getting refunds than option A) for MORTAL customers like us (exclude Liquibits from the equation )

Perhaps for another thread.  However you BLF folks that have filed suit should also engage the USPS as they ship product through them.  Letting them know this company is using them to deliver fraudulent goods under the consumer protection act. Failing to deliver and refunding in a timely manner. Purposefully withholding time sensitive hardware.(the Postal investigators carry guns, only found this out recently.) If you get blown off by the postal service send the response to your elected Representative in congress asking them to see if they can look into it further. I kid you not sometimes our government works.  Just have to push the right butt hole. I would also write the board of directors to FedEx and UPS with a similar letter. These two companies are publicly traded and this letter sufficing to notify governing leadership BLF has is or may use their service in transporting goods across state lines facilitating in fraud. Actually if you folks would Kraft one letter print it out, attach your signature to it and send it in snail mail so they get like a few hundred letters.  It Will rattle them a tad. They will know a group is unhappy that may request compensation. UPS in particular just paid 40 Million in fines for the online pharmacy thing. They may listen. If they blow you off you send the response to the SEC asking them to look into this further. Hopefully creating as much pressure on the scum farts as possible so they settle. Also slowing down shipping to these large farms skipping your order Que.  Good Luck.
