Seems like Bitdeer is now offering contracts apparently based on their new S15 and T15 miners that have lower maintenance costs ($0.10/TH/Day vs $0.15/TH/Day) than the previous 9th-generation hardware based plans, and these plans can last longer than the past plans, up to one year, though these contracts are supposed to start 15 days after the time of purchase at this time. Not a big fan of the upfront payment for both the base hash and also the daily maintenance for however long you plan on mining with these contracts, as anything can happen in the time between the purchase of a contract and the completion of a contract, but I guess this is more profitable for Bitmain compared to Hashnest.

why not mining bch, ltc, why just btc,....and i didnt check the bitdeer site, but i think if u buy contract u cant dump it and get back your money, its not the same as it was, non interested at this point of time.

They do have bch. I don’t know why, I hate that coin...

It would be nice to see litecoin get added though.

HashNest is becoming bitdeer. Not sure if this has been discussed or not.

I just read the message on the hashnest site and I’m starting with a month at 30ths to see how it goes...
I've also read up on that whole affair recently, seems the entire Bitdeer affair is pretty precarious for buyers since profitability can easily go down if the difficulty of bitcoin starts to go up again (which very well might be happening soon and also right now), and it seems that the daily maintenance fees for the contracts are now charged upfront, which is definitely a change from Nicehash (and something I don't like, though it lowers risk for Bitmain). Profitability seems pretty minimal at $15 after a month with current difficulty numbers for the 100TH/s plan for a month, which could quickly become negative after an upwards difficulty adjustment or two, but we'll see how it turns out. At the least difficulty will drop at the next adjustment in just an hour or two.

Seems like Bitmain is starting to power on their new S15 or T15 miners as well with the advent of Bitdeer with this new bump in total hashpower, though this could also be from farm(s) powering back on again.
I personally use Bitcoinwisdom to monitor current difficulty and future difficulty (click here to go to the site).

i believe the pump will happen after their IPO, they might resume and offer new miners at hashnest, bcs this is ridiculous, to mine at a loss, and platforma still working, just the crypto pump is not in the place. They should stop with this silly bitcoincash hash war, pump the btc, sell new miners etc. otherwise i dont know what else to expect...the end of crypto mining?, its also likely, but its not that secure, thats the problem.

It’s more secure. There’s a lot of people in crypto I know who want to start mining and have free or paid for electricity that can’t wait to start mining if it becomes profitable.

I’d love to get an antminer s7 on my WiFi and keep it running to see if I can win in a syncdicate of lower difficulties... it makes the currency a lot healthier actually if the hasshrate is more distributed.

I believe they are not going to resume cloud mining and will eventually shut down when the redemption process is over. Frankly speaking, I don't think that any cloud mining provider can survive this trend.
Yup, we're likely going to hear more news from other cloud mining service providers (Hashflare, etc, likely in this thread) about contracts ending, etc in a bit once profitability continues to drop and they're forced to stop mining due to mining becoming unprofitable. I don't think even Bitmain themselves are making too much from mining with their own farms the way things are going right now.

im out too, i dont think they offereed new S14 to users, i think they want to shut it down...or not, so strange....
There's been no new miners in ages. I cannot see Hashnest continuing to function in this mining environment, with coin prices falling and news that Bitmain may be losing money altogether. I predicted this a while back when there wasn't anything new being added to Hashnest, and it appears this will come true. It might be that they'll remove all active miners 'till mining becomes more lucrative again.

They might just turn into an exchange. They probably found that bit quite profitable on the site.?

It seems like it is more profitable and takes up s lot less space than mining. They might just start reducing hashtags and making profits from the pool.

L3 Maintenance/Payout(PPS) is currently at 100.94 %, but no market shutdown or shipping notice has gone out. Is anybody still working there? I also have a missing rewards ticket open for 5 months now which they have been unresponsive to resolving, despite acknowledging the problem. So is this the end of Hashnest?

There's notification on their facebook now.

There was news of bitmain selling shares a while back, they probably want out of the mining world just in case the coin completely collapses. They’re probably mining at a loss and trying to even out their balance sheets too at the moment I’d guess (and regretting not cashing out at 14000).

Recently i had some strange issues with my passwords related to hashnest. Fortunately, i was promptly answered by the support and my problem is being solved. Wink
You get a security email a few days ago, because I did.

If contacting support make sure you use [email protected] and not someone out to scam you (you can use the bitmain ticketing system also.

so if I buy 11000MHs From ltc market, How much I will get per day?

From Mining calculator $40+ but how much hashnest will take in maintenance fees $29?

i had 11600 at most, now i have aprox 9000, and its paying aprox 0.12-0.15LTC profit per day, your calculation are preety much close, it depends from day to day...
S9 will be soon available, in 7-8 days aprox, if BTC elvel 7200 holds for 9 days i estimate, and when it is available its gona be pumped Smiley

The market doesn't seem available for the S9 hash (for me at least), for quite a while now?

Quote

Dear Customer,

As the electricity fee is keeping greater than 90% of mining revenues, we decide to close s9 trade market tomorrow noon 12:00. (2018/8/24 12:00 pm beijing time).

The market will not be reopened until the ratio of electricity fees to PPS payout is lower than 90% for continuous 10 days.

Please trade hashrates accordingly before the market is closed. HashNest will not compensate for any delayed trade.

During the waiting period, if electricity fees are greater than revenues for a sustained period of ten continuous days, we will announce the hardware redemption begin.

Best Regards.
