BULLSHIT!

Going on over 2 weeks and still my .025 is in limbo, sent in tickets and  posted on facebook. Still nothing!

I requested the withdraw over 3 weeks ago.. took over a week just to get it into the blockchain and been there ever since.

Bullshit indeed. Can you imagine the people with several BTC dealing with this shit? That's a lot of money to have in limbo like this.

If Bitmain actually transmitted the transaction to the network, and you control the private key that you sent to, you can always do a child pays for parent transaction. You basically send the unconfirmed transaction in your wallet to another address, and pay like double the going fee. Quite pricey for us minnows, but if you have several BTC, it may be worth it.

Like I said before, there are some great free accelerator services. I used this one. And there are so many in the services section. I had a 0.05BTC withdrawal that I needed confirming. If you can wait then do it so it doesn't clog up these services though.

I need some help guys, On December 7th, I sent .015 btc to a circle wallet from my hashnest wallet. It is still unconfirmed. I tried to re-broadcast and still unconfirmed. What happens if the network drops it? Will I lose my btc? This really sucks. HEre is the txid: 3a4a6a7bb9e038969fa9b34c2cd3387c78840bc6c160985bf4a542625233db89

I appreciate any advice.

If the BTC mempools end up dropping it, you will probably have to contact Hashnest support to try and get them to credit back your account.

Edit: Bitmain may not be willing to do this, however. There is never a guarantee that every single node is going to drop your transaction from their mempools. It doesn't matter how much time has passed. As long as at least one node still retains your transaction, there is a chance that it could still get confirmed. Also, I researched this today, and there is an option to do a child pays for parent transaction. It would involved sending the unconfirmed input in your wallet. However, since you are using Circle, you have no control over their hot wallet. Therefore, this method will not work.

God I hate myself for sending it to Circle. They suck so much now. This is almost $300 worth of btc. I will be so fucking mad if I lose it. Thanks for the input.

Keep rebroadcasting it and it won't be dropped.
There are some good free accelerator services in the services section, take a look at those?

guys, I asked before but there was no feedback.
I found a company https://nuvoo.io/ located in Canada. Their contracts are odd !
I don't know if this is scam or not ! it is number one in www.cryptocompare.com
for example it has life-time contracts like Hashnest but for a Gold plan you pay 2100$ for 6325 GH/s and has a profit calculator
that shows a 480$ per month !
what do you think ?!

I looked at their FAQ and this makes me think they are a scam.

We do not publish a list of the pools we use. Our main criteria for identifying a good pool are: reliability, pricing structure and rejection rate.

Our internal policy is: “to be a good crypto-citizen”. This means that we will use at least two different groups (in some cases we use up to four) for each corner. This is to preserve the decentralized nature of cryptographic networks! If we realize that a pool is getting closer to 50%, we will move away from it and use a backup instead.

If they cannot be transparent about their hash, I wouldn't trust them at all.

I was expecting the Bitmain's forum to get back in the last month, as said in the last statement posted there.
I'm not sure I understood you... are you refering their forum there: https://enforum.bitmain.com

They have a system to speed it up - in my case it was $300. Kinda fuck this!

Any idea how long it may take to get funds transferred with their transaction fee?

You can try this transaction accelerator. It is free but only has 100 slots available and you have to wait until Via BTC solves a block. https://pool.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/
Also, you may want to see if the transaction that you are trying to send has parent transactions that are also unconfirmed. At the fee that Hashnest has set of 20000 sats,(which is less that 100 sats per byte,) it may take quite sometime to have the transaction be processed normally, if ever. Also, does Bitmain even use the whole 20000 sats to send your transaction or are they setting an even lower fee to broadcast and skimming?
$300 for bitmain to have you use their transaction accelerator.  Huh Roll Eyes That is really a rip off.
Here is a web page that will give you an idea of the current state of the mempool. https://core.jochen-hoenicke.de/queue/#24h

I have one with no unconfirmed parent transactions still waiting to confirm.
Viabtc have a limit of 100 txs per block, F2pool used to offer a service for a reasonable price that I might go back and enquire about (it was normally pretty cheap).

After several days where withdraw was not available (error 500, withdraw server in maintenance), I finally managed to start a withdrawal, but it's stuck with 0 confirm since 2017-12-10 06:49:53 UTC.

Hashnest ticket: Withdraw #13070

Between the "error 500", "withdraw server in maintenance" and my withdrawal stuck with 0 confirm since 2017-12-10 06:49:53 UTC, it's been more than two weeks since I've been unsuccessfully trying to withdraw BTC from Hashnest.

I've opened several support tickets (ticket Withdraw #13070 is still open) and nobody ever replies.

HashNest is setting the 0.0002 BTC miners' fee automatically, so I really don't understand why there would be 0 confirm after more than 4 days. Is there foul play? Is HashNest wallet somehow blacklisted? Is it trying to transfer coins that Hashnest doesn't own? Is it some kind of scam to push me to pay BTC.com (linked on hasnest wallet) $179.54 for their Transaction Accelerator service?

Any explanation would be more than welcome.

The Bitcoin mempool has been backed up for weeks. The 20000 sat transaction fee is not enough to get included in blocks.

My BTC widthdraw wallet has been in maintenance for 4 days now. Anybody else with this issue?
Did you submit a ticket?

When submitting a ticket, make sure the following:
1) State a clear and simple description of your problem
2) Attach a screenshot
3) Include detalis like wallet address, txid

I'm not sure how they do business in China and how good their English is, so I can agree that their support is not the best in terms of communciation. Also they probably have millions of customers... But they have no motive to scam anyone (if thats what u were worried about). They are huge and if anything bad happens it's easy for legal authrities to find them... It would be like Microsoft scamming the world  Grin

==  Serious Withdraw Problem on Hashnest  ==

Good evening, I have 3 withdraws in "Pending" status since 5 days !!! For a total of more than 3.0 BTCs !
I opened 3 tickets already, but nobody answers and nothing happens.

They hold my btc hostage for 5 days without allowing me to use them to buy hashes and without allowing me to withdraw them!

Does anyone have the same problem or have any news about?

Thanks

------For Hashnest people-----
Ticket: Withdraw #13038

There are some withdrawal delays... but they eventually work like they always do. I requested withdraw of 0.42 BTC at 2017-12-10 15:41:40 UTC, then later at night, I found out that it still said "did not match records" when I searched the txid. I submitted ticket at night, and whe I woke up I found the BTC transferred succesfully. It probably has to do with the delays they announced previously when mining looked like it had paused...

I suggest if ur having issues, create support ticket and be clear about what the problem is.
I always include thr txid, and a good description of the problem, like "btc.com still says transaction not found", and a screenshot like this would be a good idea if (if this is your case):

Here is my tx that went through: https://chain.btc.com/tx/1d1d399c21358682436ad019090c95429137f64415cad735aac3f46ff93e60ce

P.S. still looking for new miner / contract announcements...  Undecided
