Well seems the clown shoes over at hashnest do read this form, there ltc is now down for maintenance too.. so cant withdraw jack now.. Sad Was up all day till i needed to withdraw..

WOW! I did not expect them both to be down.

How's the BCC withdraw function working? Though I wouldn't recommend that anyway as their value is extremely volatile (more so than Bitcoin so far).

I ask for help in the consultation because I already applied to those support and without an answer.
The second week I can not withdraw funds. Writes an error that the wallet is on repair and maintenance. I understand that I'm not alone.
How long will this service take? Who can provide detailed information?

I still have that problem after sending ticket 2 days ago.

well you could do what i am about to do, convert the btc to ltc and withdraw ltc and convert back to btc Sad i know $$ but better for me to get it then hashnest/bitman..

You don't think this is what they are trying to get you to do?
Everything you convert that way, they get 0.2% of. Which isn't much, but if you get enough people doing it, you have quite a nice additional earning.

When I can withdraw my money?
I also send you ticket about this at your site and I also PM you.

Please fix this problem.

same problem was 1-2 week ago and it will fixed after several days, just try to check it often and you will be able to make withdraw. just be patient

good luck...

Only BCC payments are accepted for current batches of S9's and L3's ? Hmm, what to make of that...  Grin

FYI, I got a reply last night that the "505" error would be fixed today.

Checked it and it is working now (downloading transactions).

Yes 48 hours is quite reasonable for an email support reply.

Also no answer and my BTC are still working on, excuse my English is not so good

What are you trying to do with your BTC? How long has your request been pending, don't send another until about 72 hours after the first.

Hmm, so Talk is closed for a month but withdrawals are working (when not under maintenance) but now I'm getting "500" errors for trying to download transactions or open a ticket.

Anyone else experiencing the same thing?

Use the email, [email protected].

They are said to respond faster to that as well so it makes more sense to use thattan others. Generally a 500 error is a server issue for connectivity (if you don't see it on any other site, it'll be from their side).

No reply after 24 hours. Anyone else able to get assistance from them lately or are they all on national holiday?

Which chain is the S9 hash going to be pointed to? I gather that it will probably be the seg2x chain. , looks like I am going to have to liquidate my S9 hash soon since I don't want to be participating in mining that fork. That really sucks since I haven't ROI. Thankfully, it's only 157 MH.

they should have SET 2FA on login, otherwise anyone can get inside and trade against you with the other account (untill ur acc. is 0), ... happened to ppl in polo, kraken, and here (this is second complaint in less then a month)...

Hashnest has a trade password, that will help a bit.
