Unpleasant situation !?

09/16/2017 mys are sold in an unknown manner GHS/MHS, but I did not find any money for sale in my purse, even in the history of withdrawals.
Having scooped up in the history of buying / selling, I discovered that all the money was spilled hundreds of times on the market BTC/BCC. The time of purchase and sale from a few seconds to a minute, It looks like a bot or a program crash, this is not known to me.
After all these manipulations and the result are 0 GHS/MHS, wallet with a minimum amount of which is not enough to bid. The withdrawal of funds from history, I also did not withdraw funds.

To post a few weeks / days of the top of the hashnest that they are hacked and asking to change the password ... . I changed my password and connect all the protection, including SMS and Google Auth. Password is a complex set of letters, numbers, and characters. login password and bidding are different.

I want to add that during hacking no messages were sent to either email or SMS. I am referring to letters that may come in the event of an IP change, or to enter the wrong password. If I did not go to the site, I would not even know about the situation.

Support > Tickets does not work, It is impossible to create a new message. From the main page Bitmain I went to link "Support Center" and left my message there. Unfortunately, I did not receive an answer, it was already 9 days.

I have a few earnings for Bitmain / hashnest!

- Why so long I do not get the answer?
- Why did not I be told on email that I was hacked or trying to enter unknowns?
- Why did not the security of SMS work?
- Why did not the security of Google Auth work?
- Why did not security work when the account came from different IP at intervals of several seconds / minutes?
- Your server believes that I can travel around the globe in shielded seconds?
- How will you solve this situation?

There are many questions and comments, but it's hard to write me in English, and I apologize to readers for my mistakes in words, I do not know the language well

The same SITUATION

I found out today that they stole my account.
11.10 o 20:35 sold all my HAHSPOWER
L3 - 308MHs
S9 - 21607GHS
And all the money was confused on the market BTC/BCC
No information via email about change

You don't get emails about trades. If you account gets hacked look in your profile for the IP bit. They won't refund your amount but it probably got hacked anyway so check your email didn't get hacked also and any accounts linked to it.

how long it takes to confirm withdrawal ?! it is about 1 hour I'm waiting but 0 confirmation !

Is depend on many things unconfirmed transaction in total, the  fee of the transaction. Usually hasnest transaction past fast but some time it take longer to be confirm by the network. they will come don`t worry.

In the case of doing a withdraw, the fee is totally irrelevant, as is it a fixed amount set by Hashnest themselves  Wink

The fee is constant, but the number of inputs and sometimes outputs changes.
Such that, if you're lucky, you'll get a 1:1 input/output transaction that'll confirm quickly.
If you're not so lucky (like me) you would have had a transaction from them with 4 inputs and one output that is unlikely to be mined anytime soon (took about 6-12 hours for me).

Genesis-mining had a hack and they  locked peoples wallets and weren't giving payouts for many days. I personally don't like genesis b/c you don't own the machine, hashnest  you do own the machine and they host it.  So it's better itemized.   With genesis your paying for hashes with a slider bar adjustment,  that means genesis has to try to order batches of video cards to match your hash rate with a pool of other people,  There's more fudging the numbers around with genesis mining

If bitmain/hashnest did get hacked and lost some wallet funds (Not sure if that's the case)  at least they got huge personal mining farms/large funding to play some catchup and pay out hashnest users out eventually. I wouldn't be  too worried but still a bit frustrating that you don't have full control of your funds.

Best to transfer your funds out more frequently instead of letting it sit there for too long. At the same time at the back of my head,  when dealing with money, Companies are legit until they are not.

The best thing to do is order and ant-miner and mine it yourself,  Full control of your funds, and full control of what to mine like bitcoin cash if you wanted.

They did not lose any coins. They've been in this business for a while, if they kept everything on the same server, they wouldn't still be running.

I can tell they use different servers as they have a server of passport.bitmain.com that is completely separate from the hashnest.com and bitmaintech.com servers (I was still able to login to hashnest via API keys and via the app during the time the login part was deactivated meaning these are handled on a different server/virtual server entirely).

Another great thing about hashnest is that bitmain can produce the servers in-house. They have engineers that are people who have built the servers so can work out every issue and do advanced stuff to the servers that genesis just wouldn't be able to do with GPUs.

I wanted to try to find another cloud mining site (due to the market price shooting up), but failed to do so as hashnest are really safe and trustworthy in comparison and have been going for so long. That being said, if anyone has a good option for cloud mining or hosted mining by a reputable user/company I'd be happy to hear it.

So what's the difference?! When you cannot withdraw?!
The day i was facing 2fa issue, the withdraw was working, about 4 days ago. What do we do now?! Not even a phone number!!! If i knew earlier about the support lack, i would invest in genesis-mining instead!

I've sold off all my hashnest virtual miners due to no support and constant wallet issues on their side.

These withdraw issues are very worrisome considering they admitted to a server compromise, "wallets not compromised" according to hashnest,  not too long ago and asked everyone to update their passwords.

History shows, that it is not unusual for platforms that had wallets compromised try to buy some time to remedy the sitiuation and replenish wallets.

I'm not saying this is what hashnest is doing but the pattern here is eerily similar to hacks in the past.

The points he make is completely nonsense and gibberish. Bitcoin does not encrypt transactions, the transactions are there for everyone to see. Plus, he simply ignores the fact that bitcoin can't just disappear with investors money. It is a decentralized protocol at its core.

Have you posted this in the wrong thread?
What is that post in relation to (can you quote what you're trying to relate to)?
