@percy, how much is pending - maybe launch a support ticket if it's not released in a few hours?

Same here with 0.39 BTC. I sent a support ticket this morning. It's still pending and unsolved.

I've also have withdraw problem. 48 hours+ now, and still 'pending"....

I cannot even withdraw BCC. You cannot click the withdraw button.

Yeah, don't bother trying to get your bcc out. Even the support don't do anything if you request to withdraw them.

This is the address they used to pay me: 1LMuZC5vxMmd46LGxE7UFKAkY69DcaAzsD
It is part of their hot wallet and part of the chain.
Slowed down by every link in the chain being separated by 10 minutes (for the block confirmation). It is a fairly odd system to use but it does sort of work for them.
Once it gets to a certain point, it'll probably get replenished.

Good god, trying to do a blockchain analysis on them would probably take a decade. They sure do seem to move things around quite a bit.

Yes... It does seem a little strange how they do things. All of their withdrawals have been like this though (not really sure why as it costs them a lot in transaction fees and it's not a very logical system).

It's worth noting that the transaction has taken quite a while to get a confirmation.

My withraw was very fast 5 min.

I asked to withdraw 9 bitc, one day after, it is still pending. Something wrong with hashnest?

They appear to have only 10BTC in their hot addresses. Your delay is probably to put more coins into the address from cold storage.
I just did a withdrawal and the coins came out instantly (your transaction should be broadcast now) - although my withdraw was merely 0.0402 as a test.

What is their hot wallet address? It seems they do not have the bitcoin and ended our cloud mining early so they do not have to pay the interest.

Why wouldn't they replenish their hot wallet when they just paid out their PacMic? Were they hoping that everyone would just keep their BTC with Hashnest? Or perhaps hope everyone buys LTC and then buys L3 cloud mining with it? I really hate how Bitmain just springs things on us with absolutely no explanation. First they take measures to ban US customers from depositing with not even an announcement and a very vague explanation when a US customer tries to deposit through web browser rather than app. (You can still get deposit address with iphone APP, you can VPN too to use web browser.) Then they just announce like a day before that they are paying out the Pacmic contract, with no explanation whatsoever. Are they running a fractional reserve now?

Edit:Nevermind, this appears to be one of their active wallets and it looks somewhat health at over 2000 BTC balance.

Hashnest ended PACMIC V5 early, it used to pay me 15% annul interest. Now, I do not get the interest, but Hashnest does not let us withdraw and still effectively use our funds to do the mining. So I think Hashnest should compensate us for the time it does not let us withdraw.

I just put in an LTC withdraw request and it's in auditing even though it's under the daily limit...

This has been happening a lot lately, so now I just automatically open a ticket + new reminders every six hours (or less) until it's resolved.

Man Hashnest need to have a better support, more than 24 hours and withdraw auditing, The expect time of 4-12 hours dont exist, So remove that information from side. Maybe the owner is too much rich to made more love support to customers.
I requested to withdraw less than 1 btc yesterday. It took about 10 hours before they released it.

Oh. I always wondered how they did. Because a few years ago people were saying they got 20% per year which seemed a nice deal.
But 5% is less profit than I'd get from an s7 miner in around that time.

20%+ probably in the sense of fiat denomination.

Even by HN's own advertisement it was ~14% annual gain.

Wow Hashnest repaid my V5 balance in full yesterday. How come it's so quiet here?
How much profit do you get from the pacmic and how long did it take to pay off (is it still worthwhile).

The return is nowhere great. about 5%+ in 220+ days.

well i dont know why is so quite,...i dont know why al buy S9 more then L3, it mines less % per month, LTC is undervalued compared to BTC, and still s9 is in more buying mode then L3,....and maintance is higher and it ines on avergae 30 blocks,... plus bitcoin cash will not be mined with bitman,...this is what i dont know, despite the segwit for BTC full in place,...ppl buz S9 more then L3... why?

I prefer s7 tbh. It's cheaper, although ltc does earn quite well it does cost ~0.004btc/mhash
