Due to unbelievably broken English on Security Notice some of you may understand that they recommend you to change pwd and 2FA.

It is a MANDATORY to get your access to account back. So you need to change pwd, unbound 2FA, bind again. And then it will automatically redirect you into the account.
If you did not have 2FA - you are in troubles.

If anyone has any trouble understanding that broken english, can someone send me a copy and I'll translate it inot what I think it's supposed to say - in the parts where it fails.
I assume it'll just have the Bind option if thre's no 2FA enabled (though I'm not sure).

As the site seems down for some reason, there is still access to the server via the app (In case anyone needs urgent access to their funds).
If you have 2FA enabled, you won't be able to withdraw anything but you can do everything else from the app. (they're probably adding the D series or they're sorting out the deposit issues as they recently sorted out the withdrawal ones though maintenance.

FYI, just got back in. Looks like one of their servers was compromised and they are recommending changing your password and 2FA. I just did that and everything seems fine. Even did an LTC withdrawal and got an immediate "Pending".
Do they store passwords in a hash format does anyone know? If they do, then I shouldn't need to change it - it's 16+ characters.

If you will buy 200TH most probably you will get ~0.045BTC per day. Which can (and will) change every day in dependence on BTC price and difficulty.

If you buy 200THs, don't buy it in the main miner (at this time that is the S9).
Buy the 200THs in S7 mining.
Once you do this, wait until the payout/maintenance gets to around/above 80% and sell those shares on. Then buy the next miner (the S9) and use that one instead. The S7 generally has greater profits for a lower price but is the most likely one to end up being unprofitable faster - keep an eye on the market if it drops dramatically, there's a great problem with your capital depleting.
I got around 0.003-0.004 from 22THs around a week ago (but sold them due to a pump in the market).

It's ok now, just try to clean cache. I think it was just ddos on their oauth server. Nothing to afraid, it's not a security issue, but they asked to change credentials just to be sure that everyone are protected.

I think it is better not to deposit btc into hashnest now. They are not responding to tickets.
Hasnest have huge deposit problem I have 2 missing deposits and the 2 of them are confirmed by network , I have open ticket wrote them on the FB page and there is 24 hours NOTHING from them they don`t reply to my ticket and the btc are missing from my ballanse. I`m jsut wonder who will cover my losses because of this ... i`m sure they know that there is some deposit problem but did`t is no ware announced .

If it's a large amount (>1btc) they might be waiting to manually add it.
Tickets take quite a while to be responded to, sometimes it takes 24 hours, others it can take 72.
Though I've not heard of this problem yet - and never had it myself.

@percy, how much is pending - maybe launch a support ticket if it's not released in a few hours?
Same here with 0.39 BTC. I sent a support ticket this morning. It's still pending and unsolved.
Delays happen mostly because some transactions have to be checked manually. Before, situations like this happen with transactions over 1 BTC, but now when Bitcoin price is jumping like crazy they probably change policy about that..
Any news on when there will be new batches of miners?
