There is no secret. Often the issue is a bad power supply that cannot supply enough power for more than five cards.

After mod my bios on nitro+ 8gb oc
I only get 26+ M/s
Withoud mod was 22+
How do i get 30 M/s?

You need to mod the memory frequency.

when i move mem clock to 2000 i see a decrease in hash rate?

I modded myself but i increse only 0.5 mhs and power consuption is high also with undervolt.

If you're on Linux, your mod you did yourself almost certainly did not undervolt shit.
I'am on Windows 7 x64 and i done Ubermix mod, hashrate is passed 22.2 mhs to 22.7 only, with Oc i can reach 26 mhs with freq 1130/2000 vcore - 75, how you reach 30mhs with Samsung memory?
Simple - well, first, I use far better timings than Ubermix... if you're using Ubermix, no wonder you can't stably clock above 2000.

Try 8GB timings, they usually work.

Getting frustrated..I have a 4 gigabyte 1060 3GB cards, all run around 19.5 on ETH. I picked up some MSI RX 470 Armor 8GB cards and have been tinkering with those now. I can't get the 470s over 20.5 on ETH. I am using crimson 16.6 drivers. I have tried many different settings on afterburner that people have suggested but they don't seem to make an impact at all. I have not modified the bios at all, but these cards should be doing better that 20.5 without a modded bios correct?

my friend can rach 30mhs with super low power arround 40watt (GPU z)

2100mhz is impossible at 40W. Not hard or difficult, impossible. The lowest you can get on GPUZ for 2100 would be 80W.
Now, every card is different, if you get lucky you get a good piece of silicon that can touch 2100mhz. If you are unlucky, it may not cross 1900.
Mem clock has little (not nothing, but little) to do with overall wattage. You're looking at core - which is responsible for most of your draw.
