You should really consider the viberate, it has a great potential, you can read more on it here: https://www.viberate.io/

Not only one or two projects! Are you familiar with cryptomarket volatility? If you'll put it in one or two projects, almost 100 % you'll loose a lot and than sell it out at the lowest price. That is common mistake. Choose some "whales" to hedge you risks and invest about a half into bunch of ICOs. But carefully read and understand their core idea and WP if you won't do it you'll loose anyway.

25k is a lot of money! I would prefer to put an even $5k in five alt coins, with 2 of them solid ones like Litecoin and Ethereum, while 3 in relatively stable but promising coins with a lot of room to grow into. For me the long term targets of LTC and ETH are $1,000 but that will only represent 5x and 2x value gains over today's rates. I would add a third of GBYTE (byteball) which has finally stabilised above $200 and can only go up, plus it will be the unique DAG coin of the bunch.

So if you feel ready to wait long, aim for a coin between 1 to 10 dollars, for a rise to $100. Realistically, for me this is Waves and Stratis, both are platform coins.

I would recommend the POT coins its muuch profitable and have stable pumps and dumps its so predictable i am holding them for my short trades but if you want long investments try IOTA theres a lot of good news happening to it.

If you had put everything in litecoins on friday and would sell today you would have aprox 37k dollar just take a minute to let that sink in  Tongue

I would put a huge part of it in litecoin; im sure it will increase more in the comming period; its 150 dollar now, 200 dollar before 2018 is not farfetched.
I don't think it will be easy from the 37k price $100 price up to 200 k $
It still takes a very long time so don't expect
that possibility is still a little

I had a bunch of alt coins during the ride up this year, but unfortunately sold them before the recent spikes these past few weeks. Managed to still profit about $25k. Now I'm looking to dump all them in one or two alt-coins for the long hold, of course not including BTC.

If you were me, what would you choose?

Amazing! If it is truth, I would better leave some of this money for living, and the rest of it spend for Ethereum, Litecoin and NEO.

I am not an expert in crypto, thus, you can listen to the stuff, which is recommended by professional traders. Watch this stuff also https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FBm7_iCKllo

If you want find the coin which is best to invest you can choose the multiple cpinscloke monero, zcash, etc, ETH and XRP. These currencies will be best option to you. If you are looking into invest your fund for short term profit you have to follow coinmarketcap and keep on change the coins as it's value fluctuates in the chart.
This is how you have to choose the coin when you want to invest on alts especially.

your idea is right. Because the price of BTC is very high now. It does not exclude the risk of a sharp fall in the back price. The funds can be concentrated on a few very potential altcoins. This valuable altcoins will have a high rise potential.

Most alts seem like they took a kicking when Bitcoin went on it's crazy rise.
That is except IOTA.  So I would expect that the other big alts would catch back up with Bitcoin over time, but who knows with IOTA.

LTC seems to be being used as a way of getting money out of Bitfinex, so is being traded a lot and has gone up.  I would expect ETH, XRP, DASH and others to follow soon enough.

First of all you need to wait for a grand correction. It will be very soon for sure! When it happens take a look at Monero, Nem, Verge, Dash. BTW you can invest in just any top-20 coin which will be at the bottom!

Long holds are normally best used on coins with large market caps. Unless you find a really good ICO. I don't know how diversified you are and how much $25K means to you. If it means a lot, you want low risk which is BTC. If it means a little to you, go for higher risk. But outside of the top 5 (or so) market cap coins, long holds are really hard to play. Long on BTC is the safest crypto play.

I will suggest that you should invest in LTC and Ethereum. And I will not suggest that you dump all your money into single altcoin.

I think it's better to choose coins perpektivnye and with less risk (top 100) You have a large amount. Break it into ten coins. Reduce risks Cool

Two altcoins are one coin might be risky though it depends your expectation. Lisk is very good coin and bitcoin cash may be a good option. I think 5 coins will be good.

With that kind of money I wouldn't feel safe investing it all in just altcoins. I think Bitcoin has the best future because it was the first crypto-currency ever created and therefore has the most trust. Also because it's development team is working on a technology called the lightning network which is a permanent solution for the scaling problems and will make it possible handle millions to billions of transactions per second. This technology makes Bitcoin faster than Visa and MasterCard together. I would invest the rest of your money in Litecoin, it's identical to Bitcoin but not overpopulated, so it doesn't have the scaling problems yet. This coin will probably implement the same technology, maybe even earlier than Bitcoin, like it did with Segwit.

If I understood this correctly, you wanna get 1 or two altcoins. You can pick litecoin, nem and iota probably. But care for your portfolio since they're volatile ones like bitcoin.
