other than that the only coins i have ever used was for a free service
first korecoin for voip then viorcoin for video over ip
if dev releases the subscription for viorphone number this weekend ill use it to buy an ecrypted phone number.
for everything else i just use bitcoin
oh yeah i used dogecoin a bunch when it had its original marketplace, selling games and such.

Ha, that's a god question. I have a feeling only people who hold a ton of a certain coin are going to say they use that one.
I don't see any uses for 99.9% of altcoins except the uses that people who ONLY take that coin force out of it.

Only to exchange and day trade. Never used altcoins on other sites or services. Tried CLAM recently, but sold it the 3rd day.
Personally still haven't found the use of altcoins.

To be honest , I've never tried any Alternative coin not even the famous ones as Litecoin & Dogecoin .
I found Bitcoin unique and all others are some cheap copies but I could be wrong since I never tried them like I just said . (just my opinion)

while BTC is my favorite, I actually haven't ever used it to buy anything yet except alts. although I have used an alt before to buy something off of the internet and have it mailed to me. that was not through a business but more of a "I'll send you these coins and you mail me that thing." it worked out really well.
