Sometimes, when trading. It is difficult to make projections in this market, to be honest, especially when there is not much trading volume.

I have lost many times in gambling in the past, but at that time the price of bitcoin was not too high, but now I cannot afford to loose even a small amount so I have quit gambling for good.

If you would have saved those coins then you would have received some best returns by selling it as price is higher in compare to the past and  profits would be even higher then gambling for sure.

No one can really know if what can happen in future, if someone could know they surely would have planned the things already for it, and if that was possible then the people in past would have bought and stored a lot of bitcoins when it was completely worthless but they never knew where it can go after some years.

Yeah but there are few people who have saved their coins till date and now enjoying huge profits and they would be surely billionaires by now, and its sad that we missed the train.

Have you ever lost Bitcoin?

If that happened, why?   Was it your own fault,  or were you scammed?

Yea alot of losses I had suffered still I love bitcoin.

First is hashocean who ran away with $26.xx where i had just invested $30 for first time

Secondly by bitgain.in, then bitcodaily.com all total I had loosed around $28 in bitcoin but coince gave me $35 for $20 and that is thus is reason for loving bitcoin after heavy loss.

Only small amounts, and on rare occasions larger amounts. But if you have proper care and follow the safety recommendations to prevent such things from happening, certainly will not have major problems.

Back a few years ago, the future of Bitcoin was pretty unknown, I am sure that I remember several times downloading a wallet and playing with it, getting a few coins and then dumping the project.

Yes, At the time, there was no real value and it seemed like a passing trend.  I would not like to think of how many coins were dumped in those days.   Huh

Its difficult to count what were the actual number of coins that were lost, but I am sure the amount will be huge and it keeps going higher and higher as even now, there are many people who prefer to gamble with coins.

I managed to misplace the first paper wallet I ever made within hours of making it. I spent a whopping $2.50 for 7.something BTC.
Not a big thing then. Smarts a bit now. It did teach me a good lesson in being careful though.

Well I learned my lesson heavily with using a notepad and copy and paste thing. I remember making some payments and I have a list of BTC address on my notepad. Not sure what what happened but I copied and pasted the same Bitcoin address and send Bitcoin twice. I guess copy and pasting is something we cant avoid qith paying Bitcoin but be sure to double check.
