Have you ever lost Bitcoin?

If that happened, why?   Was it your own fault,  or were you scammed?
Yes I have lost some Bitcoins because I was gambling way to much with them, never spend to much of your Bitcoins on gambling. I am sure that you will regret it in the future.
Bitcoin allows us to make money and we need to make sure that we make use of that chance.

I never lost bitcoins, if you just manage them on a good way there is almost nothing that can wrong in my eyes.
In the most cases you will not lose them, I think its not possible to lose them also, only when you did something stupid.

I have never lost any Bitcoin. I lost 50k satoshi, but it's like 2 cents right now.

I haven't lost it because I haven't been in trading yet and I check sites I use to avoid being scammed. I don't do gambling also, so I don't lose any Bitcoins at the moment =P

Yeah I have lost bitcoins myself. How did I lose it? Simple, common, and funny.
I forgot my private key and public key as well and lost nearly 0.008 bitcoins earned for 1 week, all from faucets ~70-100 faucets a day. I was a newbie back then so I only knew about faucets as a way to earn bitcoins.

Yeah, I have experience this when I knew bitcoin earlier. From the beginning, I using blockchain to keep my fund.
Once I got my first bits until it collect 0.05 btc. And at the end , something bad happen !
The fund gone .... and when I see the transaction, it's being removed to other address. I'm also aware that maybe the malware took all of my past bitcoin

Have you ever lost Bitcoin?

If that happened, why?   Was it your own fault,  or were you scammed?

Yes. I lost 0.01 btc in Ccan.io(an hold cloudming site, not exist anymore). it was not my own fault because that time I was very new in bitcoin and I never know so much about bitcoin related sites, I was not even know there are scam sites also. I just blindly invest my money there and got scammed.

Have you ever lost Bitcoin?

If that happened, why?   Was it your own fault,  or were you scammed?

Indeed. I got scammed out of 2.5 BTC (When it was $1000) clicking on an adsense link here for an ASIC miner.

Very well crafted website (a 1 instead of an I in the URL), mailing list, order feedback and emails, etc etc

Still my own fault but it was so well done I didn't beat myself up too much about it.  Huh
