Yes I have earlier in April,

I invested into a pre-sale so it was less risky as you usually recieve more tokens for your investment (compared to a ICO). The way i see it, it allows you to invest a smaller amount with a bigger gain.

One that i am looking at right now is Crowdholding, seems interesting and they are in their pre-sale right now.

I want to try, but for now I am afraid to participate in this type of investment, because now there are a lot of scammers. I do not want to lose my precious coins, but maybe sometime I'll decide to try.

I would not say I invested in ICO's yet, as that would imply that I actually thought that the concept would go anywhere. I did a lot of speculation, trying to feel whether there was enough marketing and hype to buy and sell. Not saying that there aren't any solid ICO's out there, just that it is hard to find one that is realistic.

For me, it all comes down to if the company / team already has paying clients for their project. Call me old fashioned but if a company hasn't proven it is able to generate revenue and don't think they are ready for any form of investment. I would love to be proven wrong though, maybe decentralized control is the future after all.

One of my goals is to invest in ICO when I will be stable enough for such risky decision. It is a great opportunity to invest in IT and seek new opportunities.

I've done a few ICO's but only put about 1% of my total crypto portfolio into a single ICO... so I don't go big like some others do.  I'm just not that comfortable with the risk.  Also, I'm in the 'freest' country in the world, the United States of America, so I don't access to some of the better ICO's due to their reluctancy to deal with our crazy regulations.
