Uhmm, I think you both have realized that the last money or cash the OP was talking about was just $1 and yeah it was supposed to be for his transportation back home, but you guys may have overlooked the last statement, he said he still have enough money on his account to use it for his transportation if in case he lost the $1.
I think you are guys are just overreacting over the $10 whom the OP have lost and then used his last money which was $1 to go for an extra mile. I'm pretty sure It wasn't an act of addiction, he was just trying for his luck.
I might say he's addicted if he have mentioned that he has plan on spending more on gambling if he'd lose that last $1, because again, he had mentioned that he still have more money in his account that just the $11 in total as his capital in gambling.

I've had a few instances where I've won by betting everything. But in other cases, those wins outweighed the losses. You can't win all the time when you bet everything. Or the winnings in those cases have to be astronomical. So whether it makes sense to bet everything because of the low probability of winning is for the player to decide for himself.

I feel that is the worst risk and most foolish thing that a gambler would do. It shows sign of addiction, because you used your last funds to chase your losses hoping a miracle would come. For those gamblers that have done it before including myself, and was lucky to win the game. They will feel they are smart for giving up everything, rather than not trying to give up everything.

Sometimes, it is due to frustration of losing all that we had in our bankroll, thy would make one use the last funds on him to gamble believing that he has lost it all, and no need to keep anything. It was when I was addicted to gambling that I took that risk, amd I will never try such now, because I am now a responsible gambler.

Yes that kind of thinking will be done by those who are addicted who have a winning ambition to get money and think maybe once again I can get a big win this time, hahaha the trap of the gambler's mind will do the same thing like this and finally they experience defeat and reflect, although there are some people who do that too he can get a bigger win but it is very rare, only a few people can be lucky to get that, not including me.

Last money doesnt automatically means that it would really be your last money including into your life savings or budget but rather it would really be your last cash or capital for that particular gambling session on which we know that this is something that would really that be depending on a particular condition of a gambler.
