This is an interesting idea, and when you spend money on instant noodles every day to invest in encrypted money markets, you can have a good return in the future.
But please pay attention to the body, the long-term eat bubble to face the body is not good.

You may be saving money by eating Ramen noodles everyday but when you end up with health problems, your medical bills will be much higher than what you saved on eating real meals.  Money can't buy health, if it did, rich people would live forever.

I've done this, and done it recently.  And it's been more like Ramen months for me--I kid you not.  I get a hard on for saving money, and 1) Quitting smoking, and 2) Eating cheaply, which includes Ramen noodles, has really put some dollars in my pocket.  Since I really like the Marchuran brand of Ramen, the kind that comes in one of those little trays that you microwave.  Spicy chicken flavored is the best, btw, with a little olive oil.  Mmmm.

WHOAH. There's a spicy chicken manchuran??? At Walmart there's only Beef or chicken... where do you get the spicy chicken one? my gosh! that would be an awesome switch up.

The one I buy is the one that comes in those rectangle plastic packs (not the cup of noodles).

I think you should value your health above your coins.

A ramen week isn't healthy.

I would suggest simply cutting out junk foods, rather than healthy foods. Like cutting out soda, desserts, Gummy bears and other snacks, smokes, or just any kind of pleasure food for 1 week, then at the end of that week, using that money for crypto.

That said, it's also a good idea to fast once a week. So if you'd rather do this, because it's healthier -- just eat only veggies for a whole day, once a week. Use the money you don't spend for crypto.

These two options are far healthier than a ramen week. Try them =)

LOL, Ramen is very unhealthy.  It's very high in sodium.
It's important that anyone trying a ramen week, consider using half the seasoning packet.
Ramen is also boring.  Steaming some veggies and adding them can change it up quite nicely.

I only cut out dinner, which for me is usually the most expensive and unhealthy meal I eat.
This included cutting out soda and desserts.

For me, and I suspect, many others on this board a ramen week may actually be a healthy upgrade.

So I've decided that once a month I'll be using my own method for generating funds to invest in altcoins.

I call it having a "Ramen Week".

For the last week instead of cooking or eating out, I've made Ramen for dinner.
I saved $97!
With the "savings", I bought altcoins.
Altcoins that now total up to $873 in value. Grin

I could lose it all and it would bother me one bit, because that initial investment of $97 would of just ended up toilet.

Anyone else wanna try having a Ramen Week?
