The website might look nice (and it does, although I didn't like the font), but it's not enough for a website to succeed. Misleading info about the bonus (that it's not exactly a big wager-free welcoming bonus one might think it is) should be corrected. And the casino is not commenting on the questions about strong KYC requirements and whether there's a chance this info will not be asked in every single case. Does your license oblige you to make KYC checks for any customers (even those only using cryptos)? Or perhaps some reasonable restrictions could be set?

Our wagering requirement is indeed zero for new users. There are terms and conditions for new players but we believe that this is arguably the best bonus around at this point!

I commented about this "wager free" bonuses some time ago, someone answered that the bonus will be deducted on withdrawal.
To make it clear, lets make an example for this bonus.
For example a player make a deposit of €100 and get the 200% bonus. Means that he will have €300 on his balance, am I right?
After that the player play some games and his balance increase up to €500 then decided to withdraw.
Does it mean that the player will be able to withdraw €500 minus the bonus €200 = €300 without any other requirements or restrictions?

Correct, you can see the value in this. Utilizing the bonus to really increase your winnings. Remember, with a wager free environment, it is a lot easier to win.

Remember, we also have a cashback feature for players and this can be used as protection for any losses: https://www.hazcasino.com/en/promotions/cashback

The bonus example given above is clear but I wouldn't want to play at a casino which prides itself in being so generous with the bonus that then applies heavy restrictions on it.

I understand that if as described above the purpose would be to keep you in, and if you are a good player you can always use the bonus as residual to be earning more and then withdraw that, but in the end it still is restrictive!

This type of lock in mechanism might then act as a double edged sword, with some people liking it and some detesting it.

Your points are super valid. This can be seen as a good or bad deal for some. The most important point to note is that the deal is a very attractive for anyone if used correctly. You do not find this at many casinos and it can really give you extra winnings on your deposit.

You got full fledged website with pleasing look and feel which loads really fast even with my VPN connection; that is really awesome on first visit itself Smiley. When I am switching language between English and Arabic that fixed side panel of menu appears too fast yet smoothly between right and left hand side; just mentioning to indicate about the loading speed of your site. (I am just realizing the difficulty on having Arabic version of website due to its left to right writing style).

I do not remember any gambling house offers Arabic version as Islamic are considering gambling as sin and most Arabic speaking people are probably Islamic (please correct me if I am missing most of the context).

There are a large group of Arabic speaking gamblers! It is also a market that does not get the attention they deserve and this is why we have decided to cater for it Smiley

Complicated registration makes me not interested, in my opinion, what is the use of providing personal data to the gambling platform, and another you only support crypto only bitcoin, you should add another coin that is commonly used

they only support bitcoin and they ask for registration ? sounds wrong  . if they ask for registration then they should use centralized coins or digital payment methods not related to crypto  .  they ask for details because they want to get familiar with the bettors  .

it could be that they will introduce a rreward system and its not easy for them to send the rewards if users are playing anonymously  . adding different coins and adding option to play without registering is still recomended afterall

It is standard practice for most casinos that accept Fiat currencies to adhere to KYC requirements. The moment when they touch Fiat currencies, they have to regulate or they would lose their license. A lot of people and syndicates have used gambling operations to launder money, so these requirements reduce the chances for people to launder money.

The real Crypto casinos are not regulated and they will protect the gamblers anonymity because they know Crypto currency gamblers value their pseudo anonymity. This a a Fiat based casino, accepting Crypto currencies.  Wink

The minimum $25 deposit is a dead giveaway.  Grin

You are right, but what happens when crypto casinos cannot protect users funds? We are governed by law to protect you! Crypto casinos are governed by good will Wink

I am not saying all crypto casinos are bad, because we have seen many that are excellent! Just wanted to put that across though Wink

This casino is look like a mature font, because I saw the font of this site so it is not a worst case. I think this font is look like a playable and many gamblers are interested to watch this site. But another question is purely accepted because kyc is need to verify the users, so we must fix the strong KYC requirements for all the users. I think KYC page is fullfill the customer satisfaction and security of the investors.

KYC is unfortunately a prerequisite in this case and we do this to follow the laws and regulations of our License. We are a regulated casino which means we play by the rules at all times!

Ok, I have to say.... the Signup process was full of KYC requirements (Phone number / Address etc) and more than what are asked from the other casinos where I signed up previous. It looks like you are more a old Fiat based casino that recently added Crypto currencies.. right?

Something you should know about Crypto users are that they are not keen on providing all that information and they pride on being pseudo anonymous to protect their coins. (So some Crypto users will be put off by all these requirements)

I love the fact that you have 2 of my favorite games ... "IT came from Venus" and the new "Back to Venus" slots. So this is a bonus for me and a reason to stay longer.  Grin

Also providing "Chat" support, even before you registered is a positive thing for me.. some sites only provide that after you registered successfully.   Wink

Are you referring to a signature campaign? That is definitely something that we can do if you believe players will like that!

A side from signature  that pay bitcoin you can also try to have tournament and contest it will help to notice by other casino players and try your games Depending on how good and great the prize you are giving away to players.

Many other new gambling casino start always with event that give more and great prizes to players so they can stay and tried your casino.

Finally something disturbing were the registration process requiring the email and phone number for verification. So, this is not for gamblers who prefer anonymity. Another thing it should have conducted a campaign for better visibility and usage.
Yes, there are 6 steps involved long signing up procedure which is usually I do hate as well. In crypto space, we are used to get start gambling even without choosing a username and later on we can set username, password and everything up to the level, we want to secure our account. But, here seems email and mobile number are mandatory along with DOB. Ridiculous Shocked.

I guess it is too early to ask about if they are complete new on this community. But, nothing wrong to suggest them what most successful crypto houses are doing on this forum. Running a campaign will definitely pay them ROI.

They are hybrid casino - fiat and crypto casino. Maybe that's the reason why they are requiring those details as part of their license.
For gamblers that do really want to keep their privacy, this is not for them.
Unless, they will be tempted by their offers and the no wagering requirements.
But if they do want to explore their opportunities here in the forum, if I may suggest, run a btc-paying campaign handled by reputable manager.

Yes, I am referring to a btc-paying signature campaign.
If you will notice in this forum, most of these bitcoin paying sig campaigns are gambling sites.
And users normally ignore a new casino but if there's sig campaign going on, they will start talking about it.
If you have your resources, you can try it like couple of weeks of campaign and see for yourself about the results.
