@janggernaut these are some very interesting observations, and after seeing many casinos terms and conditions I feel that they’ll close your account only if you violate their terms, which is a basic rule seen across all the casinos.
Secondly the wagering requirement should apply to their contests or promotions, and this rule has to be announced in advance, however if they try to silently apply it then they’ll completely lose their reputation out here.
Lastly I feel that they should take some time and reply to your points as these are valid concerns, hence let’s hope that they’ll soon address your concerns.

We reserve the right to apply a wagering requirement of at least 5 (five) times the deposit amount at our sole discretion as per AML policy. What does that mean? after we deposited our money, we must wager at least 5x from our deposit before we can withdraw or move our money? Quote Note: The deposit amount needs to be wagered one time on any of our products before it can be withdrawn On above, your ToS said it needs 5x wager, but in the end of ToS it said 1x wagered from our deposit. this is only refer to the real money not with bonus, and it mean that every player that make a deposit must to wager 1:1 his deposit to request the withdrawal, then if our fraud & payments has some suspect that the player is doing money laundering then we have the right on our discretion to request 5x wager.
