All these things may be simply formulated by obsessions; who knows what's behind the writings? An Ai most probably??.. cus how TF would gambling Reduce stress on a common man that actually staked everything he had and lost it?? Gambling could be sometimes a major cause of anxiety as well ...did anyone mention that??

The disbenefits are quite incomparable to it's benefit as you claim - it's either the gambler plays for fun ( as a result of not knowing what to do with 'em cash?) Or he's retarded.

Gambling may provide health benefits as long as you are gambling in a moderate way. But if you are gambling more than you can afford to lose, you are abusing gambling, then obviously it won't be healthy for you anymore, instead what you'll gained is gambling addiction.

However, if you are only gambling for entertainment just to get relieved from stress and boredom, yes gambling will make you feel good and become unwined. But if you gamble to earn a living, the idea alone is not healthy anymore. You should learn to control that urge before you reach to the point of blaming yourself because you gamble so much.
Gambling is one activity with the highest abuse by those that are into it, with the high rate of abuse it becomes hard to convince a novice that gambling can be a channel through which an individual can benefit a healthy lifestyle like been entertained relief stress and worries that occupies the brains. People that enjoys gambling to the fullest are those that are moderate gamblers and strictly gamble for the fun of it not tied to winning or losses in the way. For people that gamble for the sole purpose of the money they can make from gambling for this kind of people, making money as the gamble is the only benefit they care for nothing else.

I mean yeah as long as you are winning.  But if you are down and riding the rails how would gambling receive stress?  Same thing with improves mood.  I'd say the opposite most of the times.  This seems to be referring to light entertaining gambling but this can't be thought of as the same as the everyday addicted gambler.

Gambling is not bad after all but addiction is, gambling has been receiving a lot of negative reactions and feedback but gambling also has a lot of health benefits associated with it but you can only get these benefits if you are a responsible gambler and you have total control of what you wage and limit your bankroll

It's like anything in life, if gambling is done in moderation and as part of a variety of activities that offers entertainment to a person then it could boost their happiness. If it's legal in your country, then it is just another outlet that people might like to spend time on and in some cases try to become an expert, e.g. in poker. If you keep your spending levels low and under control, it can even be cheaper than some other activities like going to (very expensive) concerts or a formula 1 race for example. It's only when you start to do it too much that it can become a problem, because real money is involved and you often lose it, there can be an element of loss chasing that creeps in, you just need to be aware at the start.

I see no real health benefits.

Mood improvement is so general you can in fact bend it to fit any claim. For example you could say that being a sex addict is good for your health because your mood improves when you have sex and addicts have a lot of sex, so they should be both physically and mentally healthy. They burn a lot of calories, feel good, have good blood flow, meet new people... Cheesy
Gambling can improve your mood but it can also make it much worse if you lose so it's a sword that cuts both ways. OP is trying to see only tell one side of the story, like saying that driving fast can improve your concentration, driving skills, reflexes... but that all ends once you have an accident and get injured or die. All the benefits disappear.
You are right, all the impacts explained in terms of the health benefits of gambling are only temporary fun when your finances are still stable and there are no high losses in betting, but when everything ends badly you will lose all your money which will trigger new problems which have an impact on increasing stress and other health problems.

Even though everyone has their own way to calm the mind, gamblers rarely mention the solution that gambling can be beneficial for health, I also don't agree with that opinion because the discussion about gambling being beneficial for health is not correlated, usually people want to get health in other ways without causing financial harm.

It's true that gambling can provide a temporary escape from stress and anxiety. For some people, the excitement and unpredictability of gambling can offer a brief respite from their problems. However, it doesnt apply to a continuous gambling habit. Using gambling as a stress reliever can lead to a number of negative consequences. Gambling is an addictive behavior, and using it as a stress reliever can increase the risk of developing a gambling addiction. If you are struggling with stress or anxiety, there are many healthier coping mechanisms.

Yeah, gambling can be a quick escape from stress.  The thrill gives your mind a break from things for a bit.  But you're right, it's a short-term bandaid.  Making it a habit usually piles on more problems down the road instead of actually reducing stress over time.

Some folks also say that the strategic thinking you use in certain games can actually be mentally stimulating.  They think gambling, if you don't go overboard, can really sharpen your decision-making skills.  It's kind of like giving your brain a workout, you know? But of course balance is key with anything.  If you go too hard in one direction, things can easily get out of whack.

Sooner or later you would really be able to realize that you are really that gradually spending money even though small by small but still it would become big on the time that it would really be keeping on piling up.
It all matters on someones views and perceptions towards gambling because if you do really just play for fun then it wont really be an issue but if it goes into the time that you are already spending tons then
this is an another story. It is really just that gambling is really good for temporary ease of stress but we know that losing money is never been a stress releasing kind of thing. If you do find yourself
giving out importance with your money then gambling isnt for you. I dont see for some health benefits of gambling even if we do say that it is really that removing that stress of yours
but be careful because too much engagement would really be definitely be that might resulting into addiction most likely, this is why we should really be that careful enough.

True.

When you pin on it as your temporary solution as your escape from stress. You'll have it on your mind that it is only going to be your only way of removing it.

And then you'll have to do it as much as you can until you won't notice that you're making another problem in the form of it.

Some folks also say that the strategic thinking you use in certain games can actually be mentally stimulating.  They think gambling, if you don't go overboard, can really sharpen your decision-making skills.  It's kind of like giving your brain a workout, you know? There are other activities that you can do if they think like that and if that's their only way to stimulate their minds.

And I agree, that everyone needs to balance everything for their own sake.

Gamblers should know their limits not only when it comes to the money and the time they are willing to dedicate to their gambling hobby, but they also need to know the limits of their bodies.

Someone that is that frail to the point they are risking their health by just gambling has not business gambling at all, and instead they should dedicate their time to improve their health and find other hobbies which do not put it at risk.
They should be able to control themselves so that they are not triggered to spend more money and spend more time gambling. But the problem is that there are still many people who gamble without knowing the limits, either how much money they can use or how long they should gamble. Once they get pleasure from gambling, they will continue to gamble, and it is difficult to stop them from gambling.

This can cause health problems, especially in the eyes, because if they play online gambling, they will see using their eyes. It will make their eyes sore and irritated, which will make their eyes tired. This must be addressed immediately because it is an alarm given by the body that they must stop immediately. There are many other things related to health that must be considered so that you don't experience health problems.

It is important for individuals to exercise self-control when engaging in gambling activities. Gambling can be an enjoyable pastime, but it needs to set limits and remains mindful of the potential risks. Unfortunately, some individuals struggle with gambling addiction, which can have detrimental consequences on their health problems.

Prolonged exposure to digital screens, particularly those used for online gambling, can cause eye strain, fatigue, and dryness. These symptoms can worsen if individuals spend excessive time gambling without taking regular breaks. Addressing eye strain and fatigue is crucial for maintaining overall health and well-being. Gambling should be a leisure activity, not a source of addiction or health concerns.

For other gamblers, gambling via an online casino is a stress reliever. And that does not mean that they intend to become addicted to gambling, in short, over time. Maybe the problem he is going through is so heavy that they think of taking a break first by gambling in an online casino.
Yes, many gamblers are not addicted because all they look is to have fun and do something else for their favor to relieve some stress through it. While many of them follows what are their intended purposes as they gamble.

There can be some of them that can't survive the heat of gambling and becomes addicted eventually.

Actually, this online casino doesn't have any hassle if what they are looking for is to have fun for a while, while they are dealing with these problems. Instead of going to the physical casino, which can be a hassle, you know what Iwant to point out.
It is convenient and those that have been used to hang out in the physical casinos, if they're looking to only have fun then they've got the best option through online casinos.

It's true that it is less hassle and doesn't need to get out of home and free to gamble at the very comfort of their homes.

You can only reap the health benefits of gambling if you're gambling responsibly and there's no pressure to win when you deviate from this you will feel the pressure to make money which will result in headaches and depression.
Our doctors recommend that we do all things moderately and we should do things in good spirits you can do this in gambling if understand the fact that you cannot win all the time in gambling and your chances are when you're lucky.
So next time you are in front of a gambling table or dashboard be sure to have fun enjoy the game and don't mind about the profit you will feel fine and enjoy the health benefits that come from gambling.

There is no actual health benefit to be gotten by most people from gambling. People who play recreationally and for fun would probably have some stress relieved from their bodies as they’re doing something they enjoy doing.
This isn’t the case for everyone as people gamble for fun as well as a host of other reasons. I think any stress free pastime activity that an individual enjoys doing would naturally relieve stress in that person. These health benefits are not beneficial for everyone and not solely gotten from gambling as an activity.
You are right, there are many ways in which we can eliminate our stress other than gambling, but at the same time it does not really hurt to have an additional source that we can use on demand.

Since it is well known that chronic stress not only affects our emotional well-being but it can also affect our overall health as well, so it is important to find ways to get rid of that stress, and if some people can accomplish this by gambling a little bit then that is a small price to pay for such a health benefit.
Gambling can relieve tension, no doubt. However, addiction must be addressed. Like flipping a coin? Heads bring relief; tails may cause desperation. Literally, nobody wants to wager on that 50-50. How about enjoyable, low-stakes social games? Imagine quiz evenings, board games, and fantasy sports leagues. These can be as stimulating as gambling without the addiction and financial danger. They also bring people together, making stress relief sociable.

Dont underestimate tech solutions. Ever used a stress-relief app? Some gamify relaxing. Meditation, walks, and proper breathing earn points. It sounds fun, right? You're getting healthy habits, not bad ones. Gambling may be quick, but there are other options. You could find something enriching and stress-relieving. Does it seem worth a shot?

It's not only about depression or headaches, extreme shocks can have more severe effects on a person, someone who has a weak heart might even have a heart attack if they gamble and lose an amount that they were supposed to lose and we know that happens quite a lot in gambling because people get carried away, they lose a small amount and when trying to recover that, they lose even more and eventually lose everything they have and then start taking stress.

Someone who doesn't want to have severe health conditions and reduce their lifespan with their own hands, shouldn't take gambling seriously and only take it as a way to have some fun instead of thinking that they can earn an income from it or double or triple the money that they have when the money is supposed to be used for something else.

@OP has explained that only people who can truly be responsible in gambling will get the benefits. And we know that many people cannot be responsible when gambling. We ourselves have to decide. If we want to get the health benefits of gambling, we must be responsible gamblers.
Yes, being a responsible gambler will not feel pain and will not damage your mental health due to addiction, that's why you need to control yourself before gambling because by controlling it we can play wisely and responsibly, so far I don't think that by playing responsibly you can have health impacts. as we know @OP said, we can relieve stress and increase our mood of happiness.

But it is true that what I feel so far while gambling responsibly by limiting my gambling budget and limiting my gambling time, all of this makes me not feel any burden, instead it makes me feel happy when gambling without thinking about losing a lot of money, only a calm mind. without any stress. but it all comes back to each person's thoughts, because not everyone thinks like that

Therefore, to be honest, I personally always try to be a responsible gambler by always imposing a lot of restrictions on my gambling activities and coming up with only a small budget amount, that's because before I also fell into the trap of addiction even though it was at a low level but honestly it was very unpleasant, every day I feel the pressure from a financial point of view because I always go overboard in putting the budget amount with a very high level of trust and confidence, maybe for some people especially newly involved in gambling who still have high ambitions in gambling will not really believe what I just said, but honestly it doesn't matter at all to me because I'm sure they will say yes if they have experienced it.

I think the fact of the matter is that if you really want the benefits of gambling to put you back in a good mood then there's no other way, like you said by limiting your budget and being a responsible gambler then you'll be able to feel the true pleasure of a few good rounds without getting your hopes up. I think it all really depends on a person's mindset and level of expectation, if they really take care of those two things then I'm sure they will feel what is meant by fun in gambling.

To be on the safer side of the above mentioned on health benefits, one must have to count winning if not being at the hills of a gambling winning table, one need to take other loosing times as experience and restrategise in other to count winning even after several loosing else revise would be the case where the above by the OP would be disadvantage to the gambler else I am in support with OP
If they really want to get health benefits from gambling, they really need to exercise self-control and always be aware of the impacts they can get from gambling. It's not easy because most people will experience more losses, especially if they end up experiencing a gambling addiction, which has become a serious problem for gamblers.

Your statement seems quite reasonable and reasonable, I have to agree with what you said, because of course for anyone who wants to confirm the benefits of gambling, the first step is that they must be able to become a responsible gambler  by implementing some restrictions on their involvement, yes of course this is not an easy action and most of them fail to implement it,  but is there anything else besides that? not at all, that's all that can help you, and by acting like that then you will feel the real benefit that gambling gives  you some fun when you feel bored or just to fill your spare time it can be, and not the opposite and cause a lot of problems.

They also don't need to gamble if they think that they will only experience the negative impacts of gambling rather than the positive impacts. And that will be better for them because they can keep themselves away from problems that could arise after they gamble.

@OP has explained that only people who can truly be responsible in gambling will get the benefits. And we know that many people cannot be responsible when gambling. We ourselves have to decide. If we want to get the health benefits of gambling, we must be responsible gamblers.

Of course it goes back to their intention of coming, if at the beginning they already got some indications that this activity will only cause problems and make them suffer, then it's better not to try it at all, and also for the bigger problem of negative or positive impacts I think it depends on your perspective at the beginning, if you consider that this is nothing more than a fun activity then I think some negative things will not happen, and if the opposite, yes you probably already know.

As I said above, the benefits of gambling will only be realized by those who are responsible and do not overdo it. So basically all decisions are in your own hands.
