ha ha ha physically healthy life is when the body is not sick and fit and this can be obtained by exercise, getting enough sleep and a good diet while being spiritually healthy when we have a calm mind is not stressful and this can be obtained when we can receive whatever happens to us gracefully

Healthy food, sports and regular sleep. This is all self-evident, I believe a lot of people share this point.
The other thing is that in the modern world it is very hard to maintain it - so, speaking for myself, my lifestyle is 'periodically healthy'. Stress affects lifestyle a lot, but as we can`t get rid of it completely, we should find ways to cope with it - for me, it`s reading and doing sports.

The most important thing is to eat right. Not a fast food network. Need more vegetables and fruits in the diet.
