You can choose to stay in your local for discussions that you're familiar with in your language. But you seem to have an understandable English and I can say that you're better than me so should you join other boards for discussions, don't get scared as long as you don't get off topic.

I have a lot of questions and I don't want to stress everyone with my many questions hence the reason why I am asking for  links to useful threads. Thanks for your help.
No worries, ask what you want to ask and check out the stickies first from this section and if you're done, go with the other sections.

Hello users, I was registered today and I don't seem to find my way around the forum because everything is confusing to me, I see a lot of boards for many countries, should I stick to my national board alone?

Welcome to Bitcointalk.org this is a forum for making discussions about bitcoin and you are free to engage witht he use of the local board you belong to in other to help make an effective learning and disccusion ground possible for you, but remember its not a must to go to the local board, you can maintain the general boards for english disccussions.

this place is also like an organization right?

Here is not an organization, its a forum where you can learn and discuss about bitcoin.

And in every organization there are rules, do's and don't's guiding the organization right?

Welcome to the forum mate, I suggest you stick to your local board and do more of reading, in every board there are pinned thread at the top, I believe you will get your answers in those pinned threads.
