Thanks for the suggestion guys. After doing some more research, I think ASUS Strix RX 570 4gb is the way to go but still not sure.
Some say that hashrate difference between RX570 4gb and GTX 1070 is not that big. As I said I want the fastest ROI.
GTX 1060 6gb is reasonably priced too.

Also I think 4gb is not big problem because I can also upgrade by the time dag crosses 4gb and there are other coins to mine too. I have seen mixed opinion on this one, some say that before dag crosses 4gb etherium will go pos.

I would always suggest going for nVidia's GTX 1070. It has good hash rate, and it have wider mining possibilities when we talk about different algorithms. I use GTX 1070 for my rig, but RX 570 are also good choice I guess. Personally, I would always go for nVidia GPU's. And yes, I would agree with you that price for GTX 1060 6gb is reasonable.

I would not recommend you to pay attention to the GPU with 4 GB of memory. In 2019, they will be unsuitable for the production of the most popular altcoin Ethereum. This will significantly reduce the demand for these GPU and the price of them will fall. Why you need it. All the other GPU you can buy. But it is better to choose a coin before buying. This is important because the GPU has its own different characteristics and different profit on each coin.

Dude what the hell are you talking about? 4GB cards wont be an issue until 2021.

May 2019 is the date for 3GB gpus.....

I agree on the 1070 ti (or just 1070s).  Mining ethereum I get a stable 31-32 Mh/s drawing only 95-110watts with the 1070s.  Take into account the power consumption of cards and the PSU you will be using when you plan out your rig.  When I tested AMDs they were drawing a lot more power (forgot how much off hand).

Its a balance of how many cards your motherboard can support, your PSU and what cards you can get.

is it possible for you to source gtx 1070ti?
that would be the best option imho.. if that is not avail, well them just grab gtx1070 = it has good speed 30mh/s on eth and nice performance in other algos which is bettr suit nv cards
like neoscrypt, phi, xevan, tribus, c11 and etc..

You can only know or check the present profitability with those cards thru online calculators and have an idea when will you gonna ROI

www.whattomine.com

However take note, Its only a present time, no one gonna tell you when will these profits last due to difficulty and coin price variations

Be ready with that risk
