It’s funny that I can provide the correct confirmation by email, two-factor authentication and PIN, but the website reminded me of “detecting suspicious activity in your account. If it was an attempted hack, we had to temporarily suspend the withdrawal of funds from your account. ” The site requires me to provide my personal information. Is Freewallet.org a wallet? Why does this require me to provide my personal information, such as sharing? I do not want to provide, but I urgently needed my BTC. I don’t have time to talk to them, so I have to compromise and provide Freewallet.org with my personal information.
You are not the first person to complain the garbage wallet. Just search "Freewallet.org" usomg the forum search button and you will see why you should have never used them in the first place.

Here is their heavily flagged profile; https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/freewallet-1177176 try messaging them an see if you got any chance of recovering that money.

Good luck.

It's not a wallet, it's an exchange with shitty TOS and KYC shenanigans. Demanding documents after the customer deposited funds is not going to protect against "hacking" or whatever their excuse is.

Your choices are to go along with their demands or forget about your funds. Not your keys, not your bitcoins.

My husband and I used this wallet for about a year. For instant sharing. But we never invested more than $ 1,000 there, this time we transferred $ 2,500 and immediately received a freeze. Now we do not know how to return our money. In the future we will not use it because of this case.

When I tried to transfer the 0.28732219 BTC out of Freewallet.org, the website reminded me of “Error in transaction fields”. I did not know why this happened so I tried for many times.

I got the following email from them,

There’s nothing to worry about – Freewallet will gladly guide you through this standard procedure and will restore the access to your account shortly.
To verify your identity, we’ll need some of your personal information. Please reply ‘Yes’ to this email in order to agree.
In our terms and conditions that every user accepts when setting up an account, you can find out more details about the verification procedure. Also, you can check our privacy policy here.

Day after day I provided, upon request, all kinds of screenshots of transactions and account statements. The amount is not small for me. I would really like to return my funds. Therefore, I am writing here about an unscrupulous wallet with freewallet.org that can freeze your funds at any time.

Please help people how to get their money back.
