And as for KYC, it's really a great idea Freewallet has it.
It's not the first time you shill (archived) for this website that's not a wallet but owns all private keys and  can do whatever they want with your funds.
I'll use this post as a reference link for a neutral tag on your account. I don't trust users who shill for scammers. You probably deserve a red tag for claiming these scammers offer "cold wallet security", it's very obvious you're trying to lure new victims in.

People who have nothing to hide from admins are definitely prompt users.
Giving your full identity and papers to anonymous scammers is a very dumb thing to do, to say the least!

BS. Your noob post history = shill account. Typical scammer behavior.

I highly recommend not using freewallet.

Nobody should use these scammers. Check out their feedback & reputation on their profile, then use a real wallet that you control & have the private keys for, not some scammy wallet that demands KYC for no reason.

Dear JosephinaCrown,

This post is to let you know that the activity on your account has been fully resumed.

Thanks a lot for your cooperation, truly appreciate it!

after much torment of all possible and impossible checks, I managed to send my funds at a slight loss at the rate. I am very disappointed with the moment when I could make money, but in the end, on the contrary, I lost. I highly recommend not using freewallet.

No one is going to point out the similarities between this post and this?

From what I can see, either OP has a zillion accounts on Bitcointalk or they are really trying to hack/scam Freewallet accounts.
This has long been pointed out and resolved, already, 3 posts above. Smiley
It's kinda weird, but under such circumstances (don't speak English, using translator etc), this makes some sense. Like back in school, when you took someone else's homework and modified it a bit, hoping the teacher wouldn't notice. ^^

I don't see how this could happen from a forum post.

That's just me forgetting to write one more word. I meant "trying to hack into Freewallet accounts."

From what I observed other than a few accounts, almost 85-90% of all accounts complaining about Freewallet are newbies and their scam accusation thread is their first thread and most of the time their last posts. Same thing with this one and the post I linked. Exactly the same thing, brand new account, complain about Freewallet, the same level of language, same error, the same wording style, etc.

It looks like plagiarism indeed. I could understand copying a similar story if someone doesn't understand much English, but editing certain words makes it look like a text spinner.

It’s funny that I can provide the correct confirmation by email, two-factor authentication and PIN, but the website reminded me of “detecting suspicious activity in your account. If it was an attempted hack, we had to temporarily suspend the withdrawal of funds from your account. ” The site requires me to provide my personal information. Is Freewallet.org a wallet? Why does this require me to provide my personal information, such as sharing? I do not want to provide, but I urgently needed my BTC. I don’t have time to talk to them, so I have to compromise and provide Freewallet.org with my personal information.
You are not the first person to complain the garbage wallet. Just search "Freewallet.org" usomg the forum search button and you will see why you should have never used them in the first place.

Here is their heavily flagged profile; https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/freewallet-1177176 try messaging them an see if you got any chance of recovering that money.

Good luck.

I forgot how many forum members have already complain against freewallet. I think I gave them a neutral more than one year ago. Op just look to their feedback. How anyone still deposits money into them is a mystery I cant solve. A 10 seconds google search will pop out many scam accusations against them. I guess we are lazy creatures even when our money is at risk. At the very best they have misleading practices. At the worst they are selective scammers. Freewallet better solve this fast or you will get a few more negatives. Including one from me.

You can suggest to Carl a fix for the skype situation https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/skype/forum/all/messages-not-showing-up-on-my-desktop-skype/1ce6b55d-55ad-459c-bea3-ad0a6bb73ff3 , as if it's actually true he's the one not seeing your replies.

Why did you copy that part (partly) from fuckpay's post in that other thread?

It is ridiculous that I can provide correct Email confirmation, 2-factor authentication and PIN code but the website reminded me of” detected suspicious activity on your account. In case it was a hacking attempt, we had to temporarily suspend withdrawals from your account”. The website require me to provide my personal information. Is Freewallet.org a wallet? Why does it require me to provide my personal information like an exchange? I do not want to provide but the price fluctuation of BTC is huge. I have no time to communicate with them so I have to compromise and provide Freewallet.org with my personal information.
Huh

Anyway, I wish you best luck. Such custodial services are always a pain to deal with... calling themselves "Freewallet" is almost wilful deception, imho, because it leads you to think it's an actual wallet. Just use a proper real wallet, next time.

Originally, I speak English pretty bad. So I found this post with same problem

They do this all the time, they selectively request KYC when users wish to withdraw funds. They’re fucking scamming ass holes.

Like suchmoon said - Not your keys, not your money sadly.

You’re going to just have to comply & provide the documents they’ve requested. They’ll hope you don’t though & in that scenario they’ll gladly keep your money.

Carl Johnson from Freewallet just contact me on Skype. He pretended not to see my messages and left the conversations in 10 minutes. I got 50+ messages with Freewallets support on gmail and still nothing changes. already provided all the documents they requested.

There is screenshots of the conversation with Freewallet Support https://imgur.com/gallery/rnktjpd

That's horrible. I feel really bad for you. Worst thing is - you can forget about your coins. Just have a glass of cold water and deal with it.
But please do your due diligence beforehand next time. Not afterwards. Just because it is an app, that you download, doesn't mean it is not made by con artists. Just use blockchain wallet (not multisig bullcrap) and you'll be fine.

It sounds more like they are wanting a call to verify you are the person on the documents which you provided and not just to ask you questions.

I would suggest you jump through thier hoops in the hope of getting your funds back and then stay well away from them. If it were me I would also close my account and request they delete all the information they hold on record.
