As best as I can tell, your private key was encrypted by you, on your browser.
According to their website: "Encryption is done in the browser before your Bitcoin keys are saved on our servers."
So at some point, I'd think you'd have to have set the password for the encryption. In an earlier post, you wrote that Strongcoin encrypted your private key without your permission, but that doesn't seem to be how it works. Whatever the password is, it looks like you set it, so try some the common passwords you use ... like whatever you use to log into their website.

So what? It in no way allows control of anyones bitcoin. It is just a list of possible private keys. For example I don't know your phone number, but I could write down all possible 10 digit phone numbers. Would I know your number then? Well... It would be on my list, but so what?

As far as I can tell, the website provided calculates any valid bitcoin private key value as long as you give it the correct page.
Of course, if you already know the private key (or page), then you don't need the website. The website is NOT able to tell you the private key when all you know is an address that was generated from a randomly generated private key or seed. If you happen to be using a VERY poorly generated private key, then there's a chance you could find it, but I doubt strongcoin is using non-random keys.

I doubt if anyone are going to even attempt to assist you in a meaning full way, for a $3 reward. The problem is, most people will try to scam
you, if you make it a significant amount. They will milk you for information and if they are lucky... they might figure out a way to extract the
info needed from your browser. You have no guarantee that they will not use the private key to get to your bitcoins, and not for the reward.

save the ENTIRE 'signature' (the one you mentioned earlier starting and ending: U2Fsd...PbjKQ=) to a txt file called key.txt
then run the command
openssl enc -d -aes-256-cbc -in key.txt -a -k password
Where you substitute the 'password' at the end of the line for the password you want to try.
seems it worked for that person but i have not personally checked it myself nor do i require any funds if it is the solution. just hope it helps

The way strongcoin works is that a program downloads into your web browser when you log into their website. That program uses your password to encrypt the keys in your browser on your computer, and only sends the encrypted keys to strongcoin. Since they are encrypted, strongcoin does not have the ability to take, spend, or steal your bitcoins. They also don't have the ability to get them back for you. They don't store your passphrase on their system, so they can't decrypt the keys. The only way to decrypt the keys is to know (or figure out) what the passphrase is.
If you forgot the passphrase, then there are three possibilities:
1. You chose a really weak passphrase, and you or someone else will be able to break the encryption with brute force by trying all possibilites
2. You chose a strong passphrase, and the ONLY way to break the encryption is for you to remember enough information about your passphrase.
3. You chose a strong passphrase, and you will be unable to remember anything about it. The bitcoins are gone forever.
this problem is from strongcoin website. I ca not transfer funds from my account and is asking for private keys but it was the strongcoin site encrypted this in a paper wallet. and they are saying they dont know the password . but i did not signup with any private keys now im trying to import it to blockchain it does not work it is still asking for private keys to import my coins. i have a lot there in strongcoin. plz help me decode thjis encrypted private keys to get my real private keys . i will pay you if can help me.
First of all, it is probably a bad idea to be posting the encrypted key in the public like that. If an untrustworthy individual managed to guess the encryption passphrase, they can and will steal your bitcoins.
Secondly, you should be VERY careful about anyone that contacts your through private messaging. They might be trying to trick you into giving them enough information to decrypt your key and steal all your bitcoins.
That being said...
Since you used strongcoin, the key would have been encrypted in your browser before it was sent to strongcoin. Therefore, it is likely that whatever passphrase you used to log into the strongcoin website is ALSO the passphrase needed to decrypt the key. Do you know the passphrase that you used to log into the strongcoin website?
