Maybe there was a problem eith the exchange network. Or maybe you did enter a wrong address. Try contacting the tech support; they might have an answer. I hope this work out for your best.

I have received my token on the total balance on my zedxe account, by sending my transaction link to etherscan, thanks for the forum members who have advised me in finding solutions to this problems

Try to contact support. May be there's a traffic happen in the block chain because of kitten problem. All you can do is just wait.

Sometimes transactions take long period time because of the traffic in the block chain. You should wait. However, it may not be that case, so you should also contact the support team.

You will not lose your token as long as it is printed on etherscan, there may be a problem with the exchange, you must contact the team from Zedxe, via email, or other media, such as online chat, submit your complaint, if there are still no answers, do it repeatedly, I've experienced this, but in another exchange, and don't forget to include the etherscan link from your wallet as proof that the token has entered
I also hope that my tokens will soon appear on the zedxe account balance, I have sent proof of delivery to etherscan to the admin, and he is processing it

if the status on Etherscan has been successful then it means that your transaction has been successful and what you have to do in my opinion is contact to the exchange by giving your email and the status of your transaction (screenshot or link). so you don't have to worry because it's something that often happens, because I've also experience the same thing as you (but different exchange), and what I did only contact to the customer service in the exchange, then I only waited 1 day and my token succeeded to be deposited in the exchange.

just three pairs for trading with zero vloume it look like it is a new excahnge and there is a possibility that maybe it is scam be aware ask support to return your money

I have never heard of this exchange Zedxe. I went to their site and it is not credible. Is Zuflo Coin (ZFL) the coin of the exchange itself? and apparently nowhere to be traded except this exchange. Maybe there is a minimum deposit and you have not seen it at many exchanges. Those support you need to write immediately.

Looks like this is a fairly new exchanges. I quickly search the forum for info and here's what I got, [WARNING]Zuflo Exchange(ZEDXE.COM) Possible Scam Alert. I think they have a lot of issues in the beginning. If this is not solved then I advise you to open up scam accusations against them to call their attention.
then what about the tokens that I transfer? can't I not return it to my wallet?
I feel very shocked by the news that you convey, thank you for warning

I'm not sure about the tokens you transfer though, they might or might not credited it to your account. Well lets just say that at least you learn your lessons here not to trust any new exchange and at least do your research here in the community. Smiley

thanks for this very useful advice, I am currently starting to doubt the new exchanger. I also began to be uncertain about this kind of project.
If your transaction has been getting even a single confirmation and that means if your transaction has already delivered to the receiver's address. that looks like the scammers are not crediting your token into your account and that's it. they are creating an exchange to avoid there will be a lot of investors will take a lot of legal action against them.

Do not panic my friend, once my deposit was pending two days. IF your etherscan shows that transaction comlpeted, you should just wait for your coins. However if I won't get your coin in 2-3 days you must write to supprt with decsription of your problem.

I never use that site, and I never heard this coin too. Did you double check the wallet address and make sure that you send in the right wallet? Maybe you need to contact the support system as the other member gives the same suggestion. I hope that you can solve your problem and your token can arrive in the destination wallet.

This sound like a bad position for you. Have you ever deposited in this exchange already or is this your first time? Just wait and give at least 24 hours more and look what happens. If not then the suggestion for scam accuse is a good idea, but I dont think theres anything you can so.

Sorry for presuming but it seems like a scam. Mainstream ones are expensive, so coin/token developers tend to go towards new exchanges, and they take advantage of this gullibility.

They promised you that they are going to process it within 24 hours right? you'll see on how things will go after that. I'm not familiar with that zedxe exchange because they are new.

Contact with admin zedxe exchanger , Send txid etherscan for admin and wait 10 minute answer of admin .
