It is just lack of communication from you and bounty manager. Usually you can't get your bounty if you don't follow rules and of course if you are caught cheating. So, read carefully the rules before participating in bounty campaign and talk to bounty manager if you feel that you follow all the rules but still can't your token.

How about the names of the ICO's that you joined with?
When did it finish? If it is just a couple of days ago then yes you wont receive it yet.
It takes months before they distribute the tokens.
Are you even following them on Telegram? That way you could be updated with all their movements.
Have you encounter why you don't get the tokens 
Due to project turn to scam or for not following the rules. Before applying in any bounty project give some to read and understand all the things. Even study on project also. Make your own sheet also for timeline of bounty. so if have to report anything then easy for you.

But the most important thing is that you really need to follow the basic and complex instructions of every bounty’s program

Probably at least half of the bounties you are in won't bring you anything. The percentage can vary depending on how good you are in determining the right bounty to participate. That is the sad reality, but once you know this, you can count on this and not be disappointed when they don't pay you. Anyways, probably half of the ICOs announcing new bounties are shady to say the least. So good luck in selecting the good and avoiding the bad ones.
I advise you very carefully to read the conditions of the bounty program in which you participate, perhaps you do not fulfill some of the conditions of this program. It is best to write a personal letter to the manager who created this bounty program. You can also go to the official telegram channel of this project and ask the administrator about the bounty program!
