Best answer to that question is to address the problem to the Bounty Manager why is it happen to you by not receiving bounty token to your wallet address to make it clearer on both parties when circumstances are unusual. If you are doing everything correctly and according to the rules then you must contact the bounty manager and explain your issue maybe you got missed by them somehow?

You need to follow the rules of the bounty that means reading carefully and taken note of tasks. I once missed some rewards because even though I was posting, I forgot to add the avatar.
