Well good news about all this; you made the blockchain.info headlines, link, title and all.

I have a feeling that the blog writer may have been part of the scammer's network, if not the scammer himself, as it would have been a good idea for him to gather a following of people and then take their stuff. I'd check the publishing date, but I don't want to risk any further embedded files.

I can't say that we'll get your BTC back, but I guess this was a learning experience and it's probably good for you. I guess you'll have to work to get it back, however. Sorry about that.

Is the original post a troll? Is the OP playing some sort of backgame?

It doesn't make any sense:

1) How can you lose BTC over the course of 3 years and not do anything?

2) With all that BTC you could have unplugged the CAT5 cable and purchased a clean laptop.

Is it possible that the OP is hoping that people visit the malware website?
I think you didn't get it. He said the scammer has been running his wallet stealer/keylogger for 3 years and has accumulated that many btc from his thefts. OP said he lost 1BTC to him.

Take this as a lesson.
Don't download any suspicious files in the future. If you really need to download it, check it with anti-virus first and run it in a sandbox.

I call this justice.

You deserve it Tim, now promise us to be a good boy...mmmK?

i think you are crazy, i never scammed a person in my life.when i find money at the street ,i bring it to next policestation.you even dont know me and judge me.
but thats your mind.

in the software what i downloaded, was this email [email protected]
i saw it just now, but i will trace him lifelong, he choose the wrong person.

Holyshit, did you just find the internet?

You know what Tim? When you were asking us about some "game script" so you can "earn" money, i was thinking, gosh another "btc hack" about to happen.

I'm glad its your btc and not somebody else's.

Dont ever do any btc business if you think its some toy money. Let real pros in the industry start btc business. We're way past this phase, mmmk pumpkin?

SHUT UP, i will put you to ignore, if you can joke, with someones situation

How dare you call bitcoin insecure because you were ( sorry but nobody has said this yet and it needs to be said ) mindlessly stupid to download something like that? I haven't encountered a single person above the age of 12 or below the age of 80 who wouldn't recognize a scam like that the second they saw it.

To me it's just unbelievable how anyone with a brain functional enough to make a post on bitcoin talk could fall for something like that.

Nothing can be done to recover your bitcoins.

That was the price of the lesson you were taught.

http://thedonhacks.blogspot.co.at/2013/04/flipcoincheat-v28.html

Here's your Flip Coin Cheat: https://www.virustotal.com/pt/file/2829be1d98a4d62b9b3fbae6e137d7fc3783a25fde197a616266d56bc23b9f04/analysis/

That's a pretty expensive lesson, hope you've learned it.
there must be an ipadress in that virus, so that he gets respond? can i get it out?

Usually they communicate with something like zdfgkjkjbwkabiga.com, it's really, really hard to catch these people if they take the proper steps to assure their anonymity online, cooperation between several international law enforcement organizations and some big corporations/online security organizations is needed to catch these guys.

You downloaded a too-good-to-be-true program. They're everywhere, and they steal from gullible victims all the time. If you tried using the program, you don't know it didn't also get into your wallet.

Sorry about this, some people just have to take what isn't theirs and it's sad Embarrassed
